some of us might be kinda sorta sometimes a tiny bit forgetful. not you, i mean, that person next to you. but, if it were you, what is a quick fix you've learned over the years. like, when you forget to do something, what is something easy that makes it all turn out okay anyway? for me, buying stamps from the letter carrier. i had one nice city carrier who would do this, but it was more of their own decision. but rurally, they are used to moeny being stuck in mail boxes and magically, not only are letters mailed, but you even get change back. . it might not always be the very next day, but it always shows up and the letters always find their home. i've only had one letter over the years that i think may have gotten lost this way. that's pretty good i figure. so, yeah rural mail carriers for making life for forgetful people much easier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's cool, blossoming, and reminded me that I used to do the same thing in the city I used to live in where my kids grew up. Putting cash in the mailbox to pay for the stamps for the letters I was maling.

if you forgot to call or write you can always email.... I may use that a little too much but it's handy sometimes. What with the cost of greeting cards and stamps ... and everyone's busy schedules. Some folks get birthday email vs. a paper card. You kinda have to know who checks their email -- there are people who never check it.

Ummm.... You don't want to talk to your father, so you get your husband to do it instead?
Somehow I don't think that's what you're looking for, but hey! It works!
