Okay, it doesn't show yet, but I'm making progress. Ta-das: - Stripped the bed
- Put in a load of laundry (bedsheets and bedroom curtain)
- Hung the laundry outside to dry (yay for laundry lines!)
- Put another load of laundry in (I just need to start the washer)
- Pruned a plant (it was looking sad)
- Put the dead bits of plant in the compost
- Took plates and some garbage out of bedroom
- Cleared out the garbage bag from under the sink, where I'd forgotten it (Eww! Flies! And fly larvae! Eww! They are currently all dead. I kilt 'em all, 'cause eww!)
- Put the garbage outside (did I mention: eww!)
For such a long list, it sure seems as though I haven't put a dent in the place. Oh well. I shall forge on. ~Mouse

[ b]Thanks for starting the thread, Rosebud.
Mouse--Me too, me too! On getting stuff done today. I, too, am a woman on a mission!!!
Hello Rexroth & everyone else who join in.[/b][/color] ETA: forgot to mention that my plan is to work in threes today (WITs).Todos (not in order & some of this definitely won't happen today but hoping for this holiday weekend):
1)Laundry--2 loads start to finish. Folded/hung load of laundry, woke up DS & carried them in to him so he could put them away. 2 loads done! 2)DS to take a practice SAT -- Got him looking at material & is on College Board Website using the Study Guide.I think he's taking practice test now. Well, he took part of practice test & printed out one. 3)cook meatloaf muffins 4)dishes 5)put 4 bags of groceries that are sitting on kitchen floor away (2 of them have been there for a couple days now...2 of them since yesterday) -- done 6)shower2shoes-- dressed2shoes, teeth, contacts, hair, perfume, lipstick...will have to shower2shoes later--Done! . 7)clean out cabinet in kitchen (well, need to remove shelf paper & put new in & wipe off items & put in...have already gone thru/decluttered everything & removed them & keepers have been sitting in 2 boxes on my kitchen floor for over a week since plumbers came out to fix leak. Also, already got rid of poison type chemicals thru city's chemical pick up and already tossed a bunch). 8)Cook Creamy Mushroom Chicken Cleaned casserole dish so I can use that to cook in. Done. 9)remove linens on my bed & put new comforter & new sheets on. also change mattress pad. (New comforter has been sitting in big package in my room on top of boxes where it has continually fallen & put back up there for a couple months now!!!) -- did this, but couldn't put the new sheets on as it said to wash them first. The comforter looks very nice & I did put clean linens on the bed. 10)clean bathrooms -- swiped toilet, floor around it, bathtub ledge, etc. of back bathroom. swiped a little in front bathroom, too. 11)vacuum entire house 12)Totally declutter orange chair 13)clear area in between my side of the bed & dresser -- totally cluttered have stretching really far to reach alarm clock & tiny, tiny path down some of that area...the rest can't see the floor much less walk there 14)dust my nightstand which has years worth! 15)Get accordion file ready to sort receipts as I go 16)sweep kitchen 17)wash top of stove & visible sink counters 18)clean coffee maker 19)Heart worm preventative to both dogs. Had to find it first, but out of puppy's. Had to call vet for hrs. Had DD give one to DAngelDog.Picked up heart prev. from Vet's office. Had DD give her one. 20)walk DAngelDog 21)train with puppy 22)pick up DH at airport 23)shopping with DS for tennis shoes(his have big chunk that wore off & they are falling apart & he's been too busy to shop) 24)buy DS new backpacking pack 25)buy DS new hiking boots 26)take DD shopping for bras whether or not she wants to 27)buy shorts for working out for me 28)drink lots of water 29)healthy eating or at least small portions!!! 30)resolve issue with utility company...changing companies and/or plan.
Extras: 31)printed this listzilla 32)emptied back bathroom trash 33) emptied front bathroom trash 34)fed dogs 35) put left-overs away 36)put new linens in washer 37)moved those todryer 38)put mattress pad in washer
Going now to get started...8:35am Wish me luck. CD

- Washed another load of laundry
- Hung up second load of laundry
- Cleared out more stuff from bedroom (only a few things, but it's still something!)
- Patted the cats
- Put the cat carriers away (I took the cats to the vet nearly three weeks ago!)

- Washed out the icky garbage can that housed the fly colony. (Did I mention: eww!)
Okay, next up I am going to work in the kitchen! ~Mouse

Trying to put a dent in this place... Think my favourite mancreature will be helping me today, which'd be lovely.. as for me.. up face washed, toner, moisturiser, hair up, teeth brush, flossed, mouthwash, flouride, la di da gotta love oral care. vitamins. began more animal grooming. after mom died i let everything just go to hell around here.. my longlonglong haired kitty has mats which i'm working on every day..
i have too many ToDos to even list without paling and passing out so I guess i'll just post TaDa's today.
- Now I'm committed to decluttering the storage closet. Had my favourite mancreature help me pull everything out and it's now stacked in the livingroom. I already had tubs for things to go into but after going through mom's stuff there's another maybe 5 cardboard boxes of stuff that needs to get sorted into the proper tub. and we probably don't need as many seasonal things as we have so... here i go...
i also just want to go through all the seasonal stuff in one go NOW so i'm not left weeping with the first shock of seeing things since mom died as holidays roll around......

Time for me to branch out from WITs, help myself keep track of my bigger picture stuff. I'll still be mainly WIT to keep my rear from becoming firmly attached to the couch, but I have a lot of stuff I would love to get done. This is my list of items I want to choose from for the Memorial Day weekend challenge.
- get tomatoes planted - get herb box planted - mow front yard - edge front yard (these 4 depend on the whims of WA weather) - buy new covers for patio furniture before it gets ruined - look for a new pressure washer - pick up toys scattered in the family room (a.k.a., BoD - Basement of Doom) - gather up random dishes hiding in BoD - declutter my car again - vacuum BoD - 6 loads of laundry - mop (OK, Scooba) dining room, kitchen and foyer - change sheets on my bed, DS' bed, DD's bed - hang/put away 5 pictures from behind the couch - wash laundry room rugs - 15 minutes cleaning laundry room - clean downstairs hallway (throw away junk, sweep/wash floor) - clear off & wipe down bathroom counter in master bath - clear off & wipe down bathroom counter in kids' bath - 15 minutes desqualoring in bedroom - clear out upstairs hallway - vacuum upstairs hallway - clean icky spots in upstairs hallway - vacuum kids' rooms - unload dishwasher - 15 minutes cleaning kitchen

Congratulations to everyone for all your accomplishments! WHEE! The day is flying by! I ran out of steam around noon, and took a break with an episode of CSI. Murder in a high-end restaurant! Also makes me never want to eat out ever again. Bleah. They found all sorts of horrible substances in the kitchen that were even unrelated to the murder (semen and cocaine and... bleah). Back to my ta-da list: - Cleaned the garbage can (the one with the aforementioned fly larvae: eww!)
- Tidied up a bit in the kitchen
- Cleaned out the fridge (no more science experiments!)
- Hung my (newly-washed and outdoors-y-smelling) curtains
- Took down second load of laundry
- Put in third load of laundry
- Hung up third load of laundry
- Put in fourth load of laundry
- Patted the cats
Now I have to fold my laundry (*sigh*), and get to work on the rest. ~Mouse

Wow! This is like an old SS forum reunion!
I'm glad you're all maintaining the Accountability Partners thread. I've been going back and forth between forums. I'm still trying to replicate my SS photo gallery over at LiveJournal. Also, I really need to get back into the groove of desqualoring. Computer time doesn't count as desqualoring time.
Ninja's ta-da's for Saturday . . .
round 1: 1) took meds 2) replicated about three photo galleries in my LiveJournal gallery. 3) ate lunch; read paper 4) napped on couch 5) showered 6) made grocery list
round 2: 7) went to Walgreen's and bought suntan lotion 8) went to grocery store 9) came home; unloaded car; put groceries away 10) moved some posts to my livejournal blog so they don't clutter up the Toss-Sibs forum
round 3: 11) turned on sprinkler for 1st half of front lawn 12) rinsed dishes; loaded dishwasher 13) rinsed recyclables; put in blue bag 14) started load of towels in wash 15) moved sprinkler to 2nd half of front lawn
back to it . . .
