I am back online after having no home access to Internet for several weeks. When I moved, there was a problem getting Uverse hooked up - that's the service that was contracted by the apt. complex, and for some reason there was a problem with my building and getting it installed properly.
That's the bad news. The good news is that I have gotten moved in and I have had a CLEAN HOME for 30+ days and counting. Level ZERO. I have made my bed every day. I have done dishes every day. DD has helped by scooping the catbox every other day at a minimum. I have vacuumed at least once a week. Laundry is caught up, with the exception of spare blankets used in the move. I am washing them one per week when I do the rest of my clothes. In the meantime they are folded up in my garage.
There are bins sorted and labeled in the garage. A few say CRAFTS, a couple say OFFICE and others say PHOTOS, or DS Keepsakes/DD Keepsakes, etc. Bottom line is that I can find EVERYTHING in a matter of minutes! Plus my car fits in the garage, too!
One day at a time, one step at a time. Having room to put everything away is helping me so much! It was good that I sorted as I packed and got things divided by type of item.
I will post photos soon. I need to get the camera cord from the office to download the photos.
I am going to do my best to keep this up. Wish me luck!

Thank you all for the support and kind words. The view from Mt. Maintenance is even better than I thought it would be. I am developing good habits, which is the best part of all. Cleaning up the dishes is no longer optional. It is just something I do.
Since I am no longer driving 600 miles a week, I have more time for taking care of things. Now I drive less than 200 miles a week.
More room, more time and a fresh start. I feel blessed.
Getting off my behind and doing some housekeeping every day makes me feel good.
