My personal day to day master list
* = done (in so many steps)
*Get up *Start computer *Make coffee *Have breakfast/meds *Let out/in cat, feed cat *Open bedroom window *Make my bed Quick shower *Get dressed *Use my timer ***Follow up on laundry *Follow up on dishwasher *Clear workbench 1 in kitchen *Clear workbench 2 in kitchen *Clear kitchen table Clear surfaces in living room Pick up and put away stray items General tidy up Work on papers *Open mail *Maculate *Telephone calls *Mails *Take breaks *Water plants *Post Office *Grocery store *Lunch ***Drink water Sweep floors *Have an afternoon meal *Take out garbage Sewing/repair/adjustment Portion out meds (every 4 weeks) *Pull a few weeds *Do something enjoyable (Garden!) Discard at least one item (T-shirt I am wearing) Small meal before bedtime

-Not eat too much, or unhealthy foods/drinks -Not spend too much time with computer *Not spend too much time gardening *Not spend too much time on crafts work *Not buy things that are not needed
