Great news, @hurricanej! I was hoping that once we could get the email addresses to match we could change it the normal way.

HA!!! It worked!! And here I thought it was a lost cause. Email change has been successful ladies....thank you for all your help and ideas! I am not totally sure why it worked this time. The only thing I did different was use the "gear" in the bottom right corner to get to the global account, and that seemed to automatically update the SOOS email too. When I went to the global account through the SOOS "edit email button" in the profile area, only the global account email was changed (SOOS email didn't update). I'm not sure why one would work and the other wouldn't, but then I'm no programmer. Thanks again for your help everyone! I agree, it completely baffled me, too. Why would one work and not the other? But I am so glad it is finally fixed for you!
