I don't know if it is my new computer and a different browser causing the problems or not? I have had errors encountered and my computer re-starting. Also, in the smiley drop down box, today when I click on a smiley it does not do anything.
Anyone else using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome?
Thanks, CD

No, I did not try rebooting, yesterday as far as the thing with the smileys. I haven't tried them, today, either. I will let you know if I am still having that problem. The other problems that I had the last few days I did reboot and those problems still existed. I will see what happens this evening. I am trying Internet Explorer yesterday & today. I was in Google Chrome the last few days. I'll get back with you after a few hours and let you know. It is 7:15pm on Saturday, July 19th, here. Thank you,
CD

Okay, still having problems with the Smileys in the drop down box. Not the first set, but when I click "view more smileys"... then another bigger drop down box appears that has more smileys. When I click on one of those in that 2nd drop down box... they don't post. I hope that I am explaining clearly.
Update: I just rebooted and that is still a problem. I will go try it in Google Chrome & see if perhaps it has to do with Internet Explorer. Guess what? It appears that I only have the Smiley problem in Google Chrome... Hmmmm. Are there any issues in either one that I should know about. Definitely been running into errors and then my computer shutting down and restarting in Google Chrome for the last week, except for yesterday -- wasn't on Google Chrome, yesterday. Frequency of the restarts have been about 4 times per day.

Im having problems with smilies too. I am not using chrome, just realized that a post from the other day had the wrong smilies when it appeared in the thread. When i went to edit it, the correct smilies were there. I deleted them. Had problems in a different post today. In the smilie window, i choose the bravo one and the code that showed up was "grrr". I just gave up on that one.

I have not done the cache clearing yet, Celeste. But since I've changed back to Chrome, no problems with the smileys (haven't tried them yet today). Also, whatever the other problem was of restarting... seems to have stopped. Thank you, CD
