One of the main reasons for my squallor has been hoarding particularly of food, household supplies, stationery and office equipment. I posted about this in another place, I think, last November. In March I had reduced the food to a sensible and reasonable amount and that I have kept to.
Today I see that my household supplies are down to a sensible amount and I am grateful for this as another milestone on my journey. Thank you all. Next is stationery.
I have chosen to use up supplies of stuff rather than give it away or throw it out. I felt I needed to experience the anxiety of supplies running low and there not being enough. I have found that despite my anxiety there is enough.
With the stationery I don't suffer the same anxiety. I think I bought an excess as it appeared to be a stage in getting on with resolving a legal/admin problem that I had been putting off for a long time. I have given away and thrown out some of the old ring binders etc. Perhaps I do not need all of the 500-1000 large envelopes I bought so I might give some of these away.
Any ideas welcome.
Regards Rexroth

Great progress, Rexroth!
Is there someone you could give the envelopes to? A friend or family member? Or just leave piles of them somewhere that someone in need could find them and pick them up?
I'm sure that you will think of something.
