Coming up next.......Like the WIT thread, this is a place to list the jobs you want (need!) to get done next. This can be a list of 3, or it could be just 1 single job. It could also be all the jobs you want to get done by the end of today! Whatever works for you!
You can come back and check off what you've done or just refer to it whilst you work, and not post again. You can cheer on others and ask for support, or you can just lurk and get inspired by others achievements. Again, whatever works for you!

I have an ultrasound on my kidneys this morning, and I need to go to the tax office for help. This being France everywhere will be closed from 12-2 so I've arranged to meet a friend at Subway for lunch. I will be in later, but am starting this now in case RoadRunner , or anybody else, wants to get going too. Have to have an empty stomach, and drink a litre of water an hour beforehand, but I am so hungry right now... Yesterday's two count in the spare bedroom was 1 shrew, 1 mouse and 1 vole. But nothing overnight. Done: Breakfast stuff away. Empty dishwasher. Refill dishwasher. Coming up next: Shower and get dressed. Rerinse darks. Clothes horse darks. Tumble dark bedding. Wash pastels / pastel bedding. Find tax papers. Find clothes I made for friend. Make invoices for friend.

and Good morning lesaulerouge and thanks for starting the thread...... Hope all goes well with ultra sound today. DHs sister just got out of hospital yesterday. She has 4 Kidney Stones. She had stones in the past, the first time she had stones they found out that she only has very large kidney....She is home now with meds but doctors are not sure what to do....they did put in some kind of stint in. I guess it complicates things since she only has 1 Kidney. Mouse, Vole and Shrew Oh! My! sounds like you hit the rodent jackpot overnight. I had to look up the difference between the three types of rodents. I had know idea that they were all so similar, and the Shrew WOW he has a pointed nose. Here we only have mice that get in the house. This am I will have to work on some school stuff...yesterday's fight in my classroom really affected my productivity at work yesterday so I have to get ready some before I leave for work today. TODO

Oh no. A fight in the classroom I missed that Huge achievements again, intrigued to know what a goose chase is? Still dreaming about chocolate covered pretzels! We also get lerots - garden dormice. Voles are quite a lot bigger and slower and reddier brown. We get Pygmy shrews which are tiny and a cut off looking tail. Mice have longer tails. Rover also catches bare tailed things that look like half size rats, and sometimes a full size rat - the size of my 8W feet! Scan showed the tiny stone in my right kidney they knew was there, not in a problematic place still. But, for the first time, it seemed to occur to somebody to check my left kidney which has a bigger stone in it. Apparently still not a problem, but needs checking every now and then. See the dietician and nephrologist next week. Yikes to discovering underlying kidney issues, hope they manage to sort something out for her. Had a good day overall: Dropped off pee at laboratory. Saw somebody drive into my car and scrape it... Think it will polish out though. Went to lab, took ages. Met friend for lunch, had a lovely catch up and took in a few clothes shops though neither of us bought anything. Tax office, caught a break and managed to get my business exempt from that particular annual tax. Forever! Went and washed car so I could assess scrape properly, new token system is actually better value and black car is now shiny and lovely instead of muddy disgrace. Paid chequers into my business account. Made appointment to get my hair cut, in time for the holidays for a change. Bought baguettes for tea. Now back and tackling jobs...

WOW lesaulerouge you had a busy day away from home, and got a lot done....WTG. I am glad that both stones do not seem problematic and that you are keeping a check on it. They say that passing a Kidney Stone pain is the closest a men will get to the pain of childbirth. DH does not agree he is sure that Stones are more painful, he has had one. But I am sure his perception of childbirth is very skewed by my experience. I delivered both children naturally with only 4 hours of labor with each one. So he has never seen firsthand the experiences that most women have. 8W foot rat WOW. I have never seen a rat in this area. There is a field mouse that is larger then a regular mouse, but not by much. Now when we lived in Italy we had rats as big as cats. Goose Chase is an app that allows you to design an activity that kids compete in teams using iPads or Phones. They have to take pictures to represent their responses to the questions asked. It is very fun and engaging. Basically a scavenger hunt using technology. www.goosechase.com/Do you not like teaching English or is it the thought of working outside the home? Ah the equality of rights between siblings...Humm sounds like DD might have a strategy in place so that she has the same bedtime as DS. I am home now so time to get rolling on the homefront. ONWARD

Sorry, was awake a lot in the night, then had to be out early. Will go and start today's post.
And, no, I do not like teaching English, in fact Ibthink I've fallen out of love of teaching full stop. Then again, I trained to have one class of children aged 3-11 full time, and I cannot do that anymore. And having an hour or two here and there of lots of groups is just not my thing, nor is teaching teens and adults, especially reluctant ones. This job will involve a lot of travelling too, and I love to drive, but not in ice or snow.

Oh, and now my car is washed and dried the scrape looks worse than I thought. But I forgot to take a picture showing mud from my car on hers etc so she could now just deny that she did it

Sorry about car, maybe she will not deny it. How many hours will the job your are interviewing for be. For example full time employment in US is 40 hours a week....Teaching positions in US are salary so hours are much more then 40. No set hours....

It's up to me, but I said 10 hours per week is enough really. It will mean prep work for each class and lots of driving, and I'm not really available Wed or Fri afternoons because of the cheebs anyway. This is teaching adults through the chamber of commerce. So mainly in businesses, small groups or individuals, contracts of between 20-40 hours on average with each group etc.
