According to what I've read, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox all got rid of their support for Java. Windows 10, from what I understand, won't allow Internet Explorer. Am I missing something? Is there some work-around that I can't figure out? I need chat sometimes. I have no immediate support anymore. My other support forum did away with chat because of people who couldn't behave like decent adults. Anyway, if anyone can clue me in to the apparent trick, I'd appreciate it.

can you get safari browser? i have a very old version. it accepts chat still. worth a try. i set java up to ask me if it's ok to use it every time i access chat. safest that way. i hope you can come back to chat soon, Pamela! you are missed.

PJ, I access chat through Internet Explorer, and I have Windows 10. I do hope you can find a way in.
