I'm so indecisive. I can't decide if I should pack up a box of books for the far away UPS store, which would allow me to go to Aldi also. But I also need some things from closer places.
Or pack up the box for the new book site, and just go to all the closer places, and do the UPS box later in the week.
Or, just go to bed early since I'm a little tired, and wake up early and decide which box to pack then. Assuming I DO wake up earlier.
In the meantime I will finish the night time routine things.
Next:
Move laundry to dryer Clean up from dinner Restock water in fridge Check locks Feed parakeets

dtesposito; thanks for writing some guidelines about how you get rid of books. i know i can get rid of some. i do have piles in the apartment and full shelves, as well as books galore in one of my storage units. i do love art books and crafts books but you are right in that if i don't even know what i have, then how am i going to enjoy them? i am impressed with how many books you are getting rid. how cool that you have the parakeets - i love those little cuties.
startingover - wow - you're going through some very big changes. hugs to you on that one; i hope you come to enjoy the single life but meanwhile, there's sadness and all that separation entails. glad you have a puppy to bring some fun and joy. woo hoo ohblondie on a productive day of putzing!
went to my garden, did find keys in about 1/2 hr of weeding but i kept weeding, harvested some beans that were ready, cut a bouquet of dahlias, picked a few lingering vegies, and made some headway visibly. i worked there for 3 hrs and had a nice walk over... why don't i walk more? i need to find good shoes for my bad feet so i can walk more.

YAY for finding keys among the weeds! CC, it sounds like your weekend was productive--do you think so?
Well, I think I decided to just go to bed--I'm tired and I should take advantage of that and get to bed earlier than usual. During the week there are political shows that I end up staying up too late for, but if I can be sleeping earlier tonight and wake up earlier, I might get tired and skip some of those shows. I had decreased my cable news consumption because all of it was so depressing, but I've picked up on it lately now that things are happening.
I still have a few things I have to do:
Hang up laundry from dryer Send a client text Medicate cat Feed cat
And then I will get to bed and read for a while and hope to sleep soon.
Good night everyone, see you all in the weekday thread!
