That works great for me since I postponed my dental appointment until September.

sidestep Thanks for the extension. Good luck with the multiplying appointments. I can relate to your anxiety. The video oncologist appointment went smoothly. I won't dread the next video appointment. About 3 weeks ago I had a telephone appointment with another doctor which was a waste of time. The overdue CT scan should be scheduled in the next week per nurse. If not I will have to push myself to pick up the phone and find out what happened. Initiating phone inquiries is a challenge for me.

Had my dentist appointment today, and have the next one scheduled for January.
The tires were swapped out last week, and I returned the winter tires to storage. But the tire guy said the tire pressure would "reset" after I drove around a bit, and the pressure displayed on the dashboard still is about 4-5 psi too low. Does anybody know why I was supposed to drive around, and how that would reset the sensor?
I am still procrastinating on the two insurance items. Embarrassing.
I don't think there's anything else I need to make an appointment for...

I thought extending the challenge every month was intentional--and I thought that was a great idea. GREAT JOB everyone, dealing with challenging phone calls and the like.
Been going back to my tdoc every other week.
My colonoscopy was changed to a poop test cause of covid, and I put it in the mail today!
I got my car registration done; they waived all the late fees, cause the office was closed for a while.
I need to get a couple new tires and then tires rotated--hoping there are sales this weekend.
I'm getting emails from an eye Dr saying it is time, but I don't live there anymore... need to make an appt with another Costco ophthalmologist.
Haven't been to the DDS since I left CA... two? years ago... need to find a new one.

I figured out what questions to ask about the medical insurance, and have my questions ready for Monday. I don't like phone calls! Pretty sure this will lead to a few more follow-up calls, but at least I've started.
That was June 12. Today, 3.5 weeks after I said was going to do it, I finally screwed up my courage and made the medical insurance call. There is more to discuss, and they will call me back at 10 on Monday. I don't know why I needed courage to do it--something to figure out some other time. Also, I took care of the auto insurance change yesterday. With luck, I am just about finished with the predictable appointments for the year! Thanks for the thread, sidestep!

The swim lanes for appts.-to-be-scheduled keeps changing here based on changing orders of importance. I did get my taxes done (one day 'early'!), so that's one big stressor down. Next up should probably be roof patching since I've recently developed another new water stain. TBA. Continued good wishes to all for continued phone calls & appts.!

goldenthreads , Congrats on getting thru your dental appt. & good luck in Jan. Has your tire sensor problem sorted itself out? Nice job getting thru those 2 insurance items! I'm glad you brought this up! You drove me outside to finally do the work. I decided I didn't need to understand why the sensor "needs" to be reset by driving, because I have a portable inflator that gives me the PSI, and I could then compare it to my dashboard readings. So, yes, I think the shop just underinflated all of them in the first place. My dashboard readings matched, more or less, what the inflator showed. Here's the weird thing: I inflated the right rear tire. My dashboard now showed that my left rear tire was properly inflated, etc. Three of the tires were misidentified on the dashboard diagram. I was ready to go and demand that they correctly connect the right fuses or wires or whatever they are, when I remembered thinking last year that the diagram was wrong about one tire which had lost air. So who knows when it happened--maybe even at the factory. Now I will only let the alert system tell me when a tire needs air, not which one!

goldenthreads, tackling the tire sensor issue. Sorry the new technology seems to be scrambled, but glad you found a way around it!

3 appointments next week:
Monday drive into town for my medical lab appointments.
Must video conference this Tuesday with my oncologist. That clinic has terrible video conference software which may fail. Dread this appt and it may become a useless telephone visit.
New appointment challenge, must get Virgil doggy to Wednesday low cost clinic for annual shots. This Weds delayed because I drive a neighbor to his doctor. We drive 120 miles round trip and I wait in the car for up to 2 hours.
At least I had last week off.
