Has anyone heard of or used this system? My son told me about it and sent this link. He uses it for work and for personal stuff. I have to admit I haven't tried it out yet, but it might be helpful to someone out there.

Kind of interesting. I like using the old ABC, 123 method.

My son set it up here after my husband took a stroke last month and people were offering their services to help out. Anyone wanting to help just has to look at the board to see what needs to be done, choose something, do it and stick the relevant post-it note in the tada! column. They can even decide to do something that's not mentioned, write that out on a post-it note and stick it in the tada! column!
I'm not using a personal kanban board for my own to dos and tadas, just a notebook, but the board we are using is useful when people ask what they can do.

I just saw this thread. I really like this idea! I recently watched a video where the host talked about something similar--or maybe it was this exact thing. I'm thinking about trying it out.
