I've been in bed with COVID-19 symptoms for most of the past week. I only just started coming out of my quarantine rooms yesterday. my husband has been valiant in keeping it all together. my test result should be back today or tomorrow. I don't know what I had, but I've been fever free for 3 days. I feel like a human being again. meds chai scrub toilet & sink sweep & wipe bathroom floor (it's that small) scrub soap scum out of bathtub hang the blankety blank shelf in the bathroom load and run dishwasher clean kitchen sink clean cat food station and give her new towels and a new water dish clean dog food station and give them new towels and dishes make bed sort laundry wash one load hang on line put away folded clothes clean stove and adjacent counter clean microwave get rid of sauerkraut spouse left to stink on the counter (why?) pick up obvious out-of place things on spouse's kitchen counter deal with 3 things on my kitchen counter (it's awful) pack up fragile items I am removing from bedroom in order to declutter have one (ONE!) segment of sofa clean of stuff and vacuum under cushions eat lunch

1) ate breakfast, had coffee 2) got dressed 3) made a plan 1) move mower, cord, and extension cord to front yard and connect and plug it all in 2) mow lawn with world's worst lawn mower:'( 3) put it all back and feel satisfied that I overcame my resistance I knew there was a way to make three items out of mowing the lawn! This qualifies as the world's worst mower (well, it does actually cut the grass) because 1) it requires cords which take time, effort, and muscle to whip around with finesse; 2) the plug falls out every so often even though I've spread the prongs a bit; and 3) the handle cannot be tightened into the correct ergonomic position so it's very uncomfortable and inefficient to push and turn. I do this because I said I would when I first moved here. The landlord is wonderful, the location is great, and the rent is well below market rate. So, off I go! Thanks for letting me vent. I feel better now.

TA DA organize vacuum(s) parts (have and use 5 and you may ask why!) Is this a rhetorical statement, or do you mean it literally? I'm going with literally. Why? My guesses: you keep some to lend out. There is one for each floor, plus basement and garage. Some are specialty tools. Some are on their last legs, and you're waiting for them to quit, and you bought replacements on sale. Some were bequeathed to you. I'll place my money on limiting the hauling around of stuff so that you keep them where convenient. No need to answer, but I am curious. You use all of them, so it makes sense that you keep them. OK. I've had my tea and will return to work instead of reading what other people are getting done.
