goldenthreads _ I often ask myself why so many vacuums.... When I downsize my goal is one vacuum! Keeping track of their parts and filters is a pita. 1)A commercial wet dry because my house is falling apart and generates a lot of large and often wet debris. 2)A powerful commercial upright simple to operate/clean for the 20x18 living room wall to wall carpet. 3)A 30 year old canister from Sears I refurbed 10 years ago to use on laminate floors, walls, stairs. 4)A hand held portable I easily carry to vacuum up wasps/spiders and other debris on high windows sills, spot messes on the floor. 5)A mini vac that attaches to the canister for sewing machines and computer cleaning. Currently I prefer canned air. 6)My original 5 gallon wet dry vac that is kept upstairs. The 2nd story is now almost cleared and I will donate/gift this vac in the near future. Not vacuums but accessories fit the vacuums to futher confuse me: 1)A McCullough home steam cleaner I purchased used and appreciate for tough cleaning chores and avoid harsh cleaner fumes. 2)An upright rug/floor steam cleaner I will donate/gift in the near future. It served it's purpose and is in good shape. I will donate/gift all of them before I move. Currently the assortment makes cleaning easier in this huge old two story house. All but the hand held portable were purchased a years ago.

I will donate/gift all of them before I move. Currently the assortment makes cleaning easier in this huge old two story house. All but the hand held portable were purchased a years ago. I wouldn't have the first clue how to refurbish anything but a split seam in clothing and something that can be glued back together. I admire your ability to fix a vacuum cleaner. I can see why you have all those vacuum cleaners, and also why you're looking forward to getting rid of them! Do you have the parts, bags, and accessories labeled as to which vacuum cleaner they belong to? I used to get confused between just two VCs. I'm still not sure how to attach one set of special accessories, and now that I think of it, I believe the VC is gone! Oops. Maybe it'll fit the one remaining. (I do vacuum, but with a Roomba.) 1) transferred clothes 2) washed dishes 3) hunt for 2020 items weeded instead 1) put away dry clothes 2) put away dry dishes 3) hunt for items to cull for the 2020 purge

My phone has gone between car seats, before, ausmel . Then it just sits there, camouflaged, as if it had no ill intent. This tendency to wander off is the reason I am only half joking when I say that I must always have a landline or second cell phone so I can call the lost phone. Glad you found it! 1) slept well, and slept late 2) had breakfast 3) caught up with SOoS reading 1) have coffee 2) wash and dress 3) make zucchini cooking, storing, and eating plan

ausmel I think my husband uses his Apple Watch for only finding his phone. But his wrist looks quite stylish while doing it!

missjean I want to empty the house and then purchase a condo/townhouse in another state. I will start over at age 77 but have done this before and like the adventure. No timeline. Currently want to wait until next cancer scan result in 6 months. Negative results might require moving to a nearby larger city closer my clinic. That's okay. I am flexible. goldenthreads I have visions of employing a Roomba in my future modest minimalist home. My vac accessories are sorted, just require improved containers and a storage location. ausmel I can relate to the stress of losing a valuable. So far my recent lost items have played out with Big Relief but one never knows. Have you seen the following? TA DA take neighbor to eye doctor, fuel car, pharmacy, grocery store on way home Routine:dishes, sweep, bathroom, finance, email, walk dog,chk watermeter, mailbox Put up groceries, food prep cut up cardboard boxes, result 1 45 gal black bag for trash TO DO tomorrow Routine:dishes, sweep, bathroom, finance, email, walk dog,chk watermeter, mailbox organize vacuum(s) parts cleanup personal medical records (will I ever get to this?)

If you see it as an adventure, then this sounds like fun. My grandma had a house built to her specifications when she was forced to retire at age 70. She was delighted to move to the kind of place she wanted. I am looking forward to hearing about your adventure when the time comes.
