Hi from Numbat in Australia. A numbat is a small marsupial that eats insects which is native to Australia. I've got as far as recognising that I have a real problem (can't have anyone over syndrome) and am struggling to work on it with some help but my biggest battle is actually getting around to doing something. From the quick browse of this board that I've had, it looks as if I'm in good company. Looking forward to being encouraged and encouraging others.

Welcome numbat! You *are* in good company! This is a lovely bunch of people! And yes, my sense is that getting started and doing *something* is the biggest thing for a lot of people.

Welcome numbat! I'm glad you posted. I, too, have a hard time getting started. I'm looking forward to "seeing you" around the forum. I wish you joy in your steps.

numbatYou have made a good start by joining and posting. If you do the easiest thing, that needs doing, count it as a success. First moves can be made along the journey. Could you get something into the bin? As long you aren't having a cyclone that isn't a cyclone at the moment, so there are other concerns. Waving from the bottom of a hill on the north side of the eastern bulge.
