dont get too excited, it's not revolutionary. but i got bored with numbering piles and then rolling a die to choose which to deal with. (if you dont have piles it could just be areas of the home to clean).
so i gave them names from a tv show. my kitchen is "the borg". my pile of clutter in the entrance is Riker. my pile of crap on the cabinet is "dr crusher". etc. so then you go attack or "work with/help out" a character. it tickled my brain for a few days anyway.
edit: i dont come here often anymore, but for those that know me both good dog and baddog are still alive. Gooddog, the "puppy in a box" who was a puppy when i joined, is 16. Baddog is 14. both are quite decrepit but still going for a little while longer. (not too much longer probably).

Hi, puppybox! I am so glad you posted. It's an interesting idea on a way to work through piles and piles of stuff. I'm glad you gave an update on the dogs and am so glad they are still with you. I may try your idea on my bedroom. It is a wreck, and I really need to get started with it. If I can tackle the piles individually, using some familiar characters, it might get me moving on this.
