ta-da's: Did more laundry. Added more to donation box. I had worn brightly colored scrubs at my previous employer, but they seem too bright for my current job, so out they go. Did a little bit of sewing. Shredded a whole bunch of papers. Both the upstairs and downstairs shredders are filled to the max. Paid an overdue bill that I had forgotten about. to-do: Take boxes of donations to my car Clean out chicken coop? Maybe? Prepare dinner Take a shower and get stuff ready for work tomorrow...

Went to library to pick up books, including Buried in Treasure. Went to grocery store. Put away groceries in refrigerator. Put away all the travel things. Put away clothes from dryer. Do 1-2 tasks of the July Challenge.

All areas of my life are a mess and I'm feeling very discouraged, but perhaps putting some To Dos down here will help me get started.
To Do: --Pick up 5 pieces of trash from the first floor of house --Plant out one plant of the bunch I purchased in the spring --spread out to dry items that got soaked when the roof leaked last night

ccd, I love your list for being very precise. I am glad to see that you are here despite your discouragement (Is that even a word? ). Feeling trapped in a mental fog is common for me (I don't know if this is true for you.) Being able to pin things down really helps my feelings of control over my life. gaylem I knew I'd been vegging out for far too long when I was surprised by this: So clearly it was time for music on, body upright, legs moving, and hoping the brain came along for the ride. So far, so good. Washed dishes. Finished emptying the large suitcase, nested it with smaller one, put them away. Put away the contents. Put away all the travel things. Arrived home nine days ago. Do 1-2 tasks of the July Challenge.

I had my doubts I was going to make it back here today, but I just finished the last item on my list:
Ta Da: --took AM pills I had forgotten about. --fed fish and filled bird feeders. --attended an online work meeting I had forgotten was scheduled. --Pick up 5 pieces of trash from the first floor of house--picked up 24 and deposited the full bag of trash in the garage. --Plant out one plant of the bunch I purchased in the spring --spread out to dry items that got soaked when the roof leaked last night
To Do: --pick up all the cat toys from living room floor and discard unneeded ones. --water some houseplants --sort through paper grocery bag full of bills and statements belonging to my mother and put them in order/check for overdue bills
