oust It's lovely here, mostly sunny, with a high around 70°, but it's going to get warmer for a week or so. You've reminded me that my car needs cleaning. I don't really notice. Today I just need to be sure to fill the tires. mouseanneTell me about it! That's my situation, and it's my main complaint about this place. Power strips, extension cords, fear of overloading... Thanks for saying that your Barbie alteration genius took a day to set in. I'd say it would be a year for me, but I'm pretty sure it would never have occurred to me to alter the thing. Now I know that I can look at things and decide that maybe I have the power! I bought baklava, a custard-filled pastry, and a soft, date-filled pastry. Anyone know if these will keep for a week in refrigerator, freezer, or in cupboard? These were expensive! Probably a "no" on the filled ones, right? Plans changed due to illness. Washed dishes. Went to pharmacy, gas station, Tuesday Morning, and bakery. Had a phone call that has changed our plans; made tentative plan. Also texted friend that humidifier will be a week late. Write and address two sympathy cards. Put in car: treats and gifts.Buy tickets for a performance. Fill tires. Sunday: Work on Project RT. Sunday: Go to post office. Monday: Make call about Project G.

Three for tomorrow ➡️ Door curtains on the line☑️ plus a regular load of washing in the machine ➡️ Scrub the hall mat ..it's perfect drying weather the next couple of days, so I'll take the opportunity.... ➡️➡️that's soaking in the bath now, I'm glad I took it up today, there was water underneath, we had driving rain the last couple of days, maybe I'd not closed the front door firmly enough 🤷🏼♀️ or soaked down from wet shoes, ,, will have to put a cloth by the door and figure out the reason,, it's an incentive to get the new outside door cover put up ➡️ Seed box, postponed from today (And spend some time with autumn prep at the allotment, & come back with a yummy harvest of grapes & salad) Next three ➡️roast the potatoes ☑️ ➡️wash up☑️ & still need to look through seed box☑️

OoOoO I love Tuesday Morning.
I got 100% fed up with mess and no place to put stuff and a rickety folding table under the kitchen window with the succulents that's impossible to sweep under.
I measured Laundry room for length for a high empty hanger rod Kitchen window for shelves South laundry room for shelves that will go over basement stairwell Laundry room window for shelves for starting plants and possibly greens over the winter, we shall see
Calculated supplies needed Re dug thru the hdwe boxes, dug out a bunch of brackets, don't need to buy those.
Shopping
Dollar tree Foam core A mini glue gun, haven't found my bin of guns, yet. Wasn't going to buy more but, $1, really? Yea! Color gel pens, we'll see how I like them, how long they last. The Wal-Mart ones are only $.70 each. Shrug. 2022 calendars
Farm store A pipe for the empty hanger rod has to span 6', don't want it droopy Hacksaw blades
No lamp wire
Hardware store A car key for work Did I tell you I locked my keys in my car at work? The receptionist is also the cleaner, she was there and ran me home. The house is a keypad. They had lamp wire, but only white. Didn't buy. Returned a light fixture 2 brackets
THEN lumber yard A ceiling elect box to mount a new closet light Lumber prices 8' 1x10 $23 needed 1 8' 1x12 $24 needed 2 12' 1x12 $23 needed 1 Yea, no rhyme or reason. Well, there were different grades the 10" was better. The price also depended on when they'd obtained it.
I checked my 6 bits, calculated them all based on the 12', and only needed 3, plus they did my 1st cut for free, so they fit in the van.
I'd looked at ladders, asked there. Thinking.... working on shelves in the stairwell...My 6' won't be tall enough. 10' rated 250 or 300 lbs was $219. Wow. No. The 8' rated 250 lbs was $119. Ok, then bought that.
THEN I had to carry it all in. Which I was beat. 6 trips car to porch, climb stairs, 6 trips porch into house.
I'm pooped. No ladder work today.
I managed to skip lunch.
I still need brown lamp wire.

I'm bummed. All my plans for today, including the scaled-back one, have evaporated due to the sickness of others, the sold-out show that I was waiting on someone for a response to is irretrievable, and I'm tired from lousy sleep but overcaffeinated in anticipation of the day. Crab, crab, crab.🦀🦀🦀 The others didn't try to get sick, and I could've gotten myself a ticket earlier. OK, this is not supposed to be a blog post! Tantrum over. I suppose a brisk walk is in order, but I'm going to go inflate the tires instead. Going for useful success in the sunshine. notanotherdecade I'm looking forward to your report from the garden. Put away dishes. Folded and put away towels. Moved piles of papers from floor to coffee table. It's fake progress, and yet it's real. Write and address two sympathy cards. Buy tickets for a performance. Sold out! Fill tires. Sunday: Work on Project RT. Sunday: Go to post office. Monday: Make call about Project G.

Hugs, dear one.
Rewashed pjs At some point, I tossed towels on the bed to dry the pjs Washed arms, changed t shirt. I was dusty dirty from lumber carrying. folded pj load t shirt and jeans. Pjs piled on bed. Walked neighbors box across street. I'm northbound street, she's West cross street, but we have the same street number, so this happens.
Started a spend money page in the journal, tabbed it. Things I need for projects.
Oh, hungry, but wiped out, quick supper, tomato soup and grilled cheese.

Sat TaDa $3 sketch book, started creative journal/workbook Latest Catherine's catalog cut out pictures of things I want/need to sew. I can only buy short sleeve blouses from them. Sleeves, skirts, pants are too short. If a skirt is long enough, it has to be purchased for hip size and altered down 13 inches for my tiny waist. ☆ I'm a curvy girl ☆ Pasted decorated the cutouts in the book Started a mend alter list Started a sewing list I'll put tabs in the book for quilting, knitting, and other. The book is wire bound, the sheets have a tear off perf, what you are left with is an 8-1/2 x 11 sheet. So, the sheets can be hole punched, put in a 3 ring notebook or a 3 ring plastic sleeve.
Sun TaDa Shut off 8:30 alarm Slept to 10:40, oops! This never happens. I was sure I'd wake up in time to not Miss Zoom worship 10:00 Up Coffee brewed

🤣🤣 doodles it's cooling down, but the radish will grow ok in the greenhouse.. I've been looking forward to a good bonfire, we are banned from burning until October .. There is something therapeutic about an outdoor fire, and I've got a few decluttering bits to go into it too so bonus.. 😊🔥🔥
