Going to give this thread a go today.

Washed dishes, including 3 Valentines molds from chocolate shop
Recycles put in wheelie bin
To do
Replace shower head in master shower
Supposed to be a 10 minute task
Make deposit at bank
Play a couple songs on piano

Hi, dove!  Weighed myself and took blood pressure. Started dishes soaking. Made bed and had meds.  Clean out and organize purse. Get dressed. Do stretches. |

We made it to another day. Here we go.
Epic searches this morning. Found my glasses. Found my phone.
Practiced. Showered, dressed, did stretches.
Picked up some clothes, did some dishes, collected some trash.
Walked myself and pooch, made coffee, took meds for anxiety. I think I’ll listen to some Glennon Doyle.

I'll celebrate with you, grasshopper. I'm guessing those were things you were anxious about, so hurray!  Oops, and now the phone stuff. It's enough to make you wish for the old telephone monopoly days. Good luck.  Washed dishes. PUPA 5 minutes. Got rid of old food tracking pages because they're meant to keep me on track, not to reread. Did a small financial thing. Did stretches. Got dressed. Clean out and organize purse. Put away laundry. |

I'm sure it's fine but just to be sure Fill out money orders to pay credit card Put in mailbox Text occupational therapist (I missed her call) still don't understand who bathes as a job. |

Walked dog.
Socialized with new friend.
Applied for part-time position. That was really hard. I wish I wasn’t so easily frustrated. Oh well. It’ll be over soon.

It's not going so well, but hopefully I'll be able to understand a few words when I go to Sweden. to-do; Laundry? Work on the kitchen light empty the dishwasher Go for a walk Check on chickens I started a 6 week stained glass class last week. Tonight is class number 2. I need to get showered and tomorrow's food prep before I go (later this afternoon). |

So after having a major discussion with my husband, I decided to join Clutterers Anonymous. (I had ordered literature from them several years ago.) Today I phoned into a phone meeting in which they focused on paper clutter.
They spend several minutes reading through the introductory material (much like an AA meeting) They even had a version of the serenity prayer changing the words to deal with paper clutter.
Then they ask each participant to announce a goal for the decluttering paper for 20 minutes, then after 20 minutes, they asked you to spend 2 minutes tidying up, and putting away whatever you had out, they we shared our accomplishments.
ta-da's:
Put away dishes from dishwasher
Started a load of wash
Had a discussion with DH
Called into meeting. Spent 22 minutes, mostly shredding papers, or putting them into a box for recycling.
to-do:
put laundry in the dryer
go for a walk
Shower, Dinner, Food prep for tomorrow
Check on chickens
Go to stained glass class.

Hi, doodles and Ally. I need to rev my engine and get going, so I'll post my to-dos. There are no ta-das yet. (I slept in and ate lunch right after breakfast.) Do stretches. Get dressed. Wash dishes. Call pharmacy to cancel a prescription. Declutter 10 things. Do one of the weekly cleaning chores. Pedal. It's frigid out there, so I don't want to walk.  |
