Well done for getting your library books returned. I can't even go to my library now because of my inability to ever return them without racking up a huge fine in overdue fees!

Pour away the bottle of flat Diet Coke that's taken up residence in my living room.
Spend 10 mins tackling pile of stuff behind living room door.
Clear a bit of stuff away from next to the cooker.

Ok, well haven't had a chance to do much because I've had a load of unexpected stuff to deal with for my DD. Her weekly club fees haven't been paid by the council department that are supposed to pay them. So they're saying she can't return. She has special needs and this will be really awful for her. The person dealing with the club payments is working from home and I am having to email back and forth. Fortunately I have been able to speak with the council department directly on the phone, who say these invoices HAVE been paid! I don't know what's going on. It's been a real headache this afternoon. So a bit of tidying seems a breeze now!  |

Sorry to hear of the runaround you have been given Saffron. I hope it gets solved soon. I had a car accident last year and had to make lots of phone calls in relation to it. I was still able to phone the people who were working from home. I guess you have tried phoning the person you need to communicate with?

Hi Ausmel. Sorry to hear of your car accident. Yes, I tried ringing her office, but they said she's working from home and doesn't have a number I can reach her on. Hopefully the situation will be sorted next week, now I've got the other party involved.  |
