Hi, babz25! You can do those things. 👍 Mowed a little more than half the back lawn; pulled a few weeds. Started dishes soaking. PUPA 5 minutes. Inside Work on the financial papers. Order garden supplies. Make celery soup. Wash dishes. Do stretches.
Outside
Clean the borrowed lawn chair where I dumped some cole slaw and tossed salad on it. Add air to tires. Hanging baskets: Line, fill, and plant. Mow rest of back lawn. Do 15 minutes of weeding.

Hi babz25 I agree with goldenthreads you can do this!!!!! I totally feel for you the situation kinda stinks but it's one of those "have to" things. I work from home myself and I would be mortified if I found out on Thursday I had to travel over 3 hours to a location to meet my fellow remote co-workers whom I've never met the following Monday. I would be scrambling buying something to wear myself as I've outgrown most of my former work outside the home clothes. Hugs to you, you can do it!!!!! Hi goldenthreads I need to work on my back yard tomorrow. My lawn mower acted up the last time I mowed (RPMs revving way too high) now I've been putting it off. I have decided that if I don't come here and post something there is a very good chance that nothing else will get done today soooo here goes....... Fluff clothes in dryer Polish Table Fold Clothes in dryer and put away Dry next load Wash next load Vacuum out dog bed Go through each room and make list of what needs to be done Start dishes soaking

Hi, wildpony. You and babz25 are really getting things done today. I feel a little bit sick, and instead of taking a nap I stayed up scrolling. Still tired, throat still hurts. I hope it's just from an overload of pollen yesterday. Let's see what I can do in the remaining hours before I go to bed. Washed dishes. Put away dishes. Did stretches. Inside Work on the financial papers. Order garden supplies. Make celery soup.
Outside
Clean the borrowed lawn chair where I dumped some cole slaw and tossed salad on it. Add air to tires. Hanging baskets: Line, fill, and plant. Mow rest of back lawn. Do 15 minutes of weeding.

Heres to a wonderful morning to all!! Great job yesterday goldenthreads! Ta Dah: caffeinated dressed and got kids to school made bed posted on this site To do: fold and put away all clean laundry. Once this load is completed, I will actually be in laundry maintenance! Whoo hoo! Of course, we all know that laundry is never really done, but this will bring me to a point that laundry is not backed up, and no child will run into my room in the morning angry because they can't find socks, have breakfast and recaffeinate unload dishwasher

Good morning, babz25! Congratulations on getting to manageable laundry. That will be a tremendous help, and you're already feeling better because of it! Started dishes soaking. Made coffee to see if that will spark me. Took meds. Did not make bed, because I'll probably get back in. Inside Work on the financial papers. Order garden supplies. Make celery soup.

Thanks, wildpony. My sore throat is better (cough drop plus hot drink). I'm still stuffed up and feel draggy, but I might be able to avoid bed for a couple more hours and get some things done. Well, since laundry seems to be the theme this morning, I'm joining you. I only ever do one or maybe two loads in a day, though, because it's just me, and I'd feel overwhelmed with all that putting away if I did multiple loads. Started a load of wash. Washed dishes. Took out recycling. Inside Work on the financial papers. Order garden supplies. Make celery soup. Get dressed.

Coffee fooled me. The pot steals some of the water & my 2nd cup is generally a little low-ish. So, I cam closer to the line than usual. Um, 2nd cup plus cream & sugar filled that cup to the brim. Cant carry it like that. too hot to drink all at once, just sip it with a spoon. So, I emptied the drainer (Sun? Sat?) and did some dishes, sipping until it was low enough to carry out of the kitchen.
