Listened to What My Bones Know audiobook.
Finished filling dw and ran it
Swiped toilet bowl
Walked pooch
Prepared meal.
Made coffee
Connected with 2 friends.

Continue with laundry

G'night yrwelcome grasshopper Good job loading dishwasher & turning it on... that's on my todo list this round. Alrighty! I did my 3s I stated last night!
That is: personal care action (happened to be taking time cleaning my teeth)
Took a trash bag out to dumpster
Cleaned out passenger side of car & bonus…. Think I found help to cut back my wild growing cactus!!
To dos; be honest fully with dr tomorrow at appointment
Another trash bag out
Spend quality time with my dogs

3 meals, lunch was a can of peaches and some saltines I had at work. I'm out of bread, mayo, tuna, cottage cheese, milk, all my take to work lunch-y things.
I work 2nd floor, breakroom is in basement. My emphysema has progressed, i can no longer climb 2 sets of stairs. So, i can't take heat it up food.
Refusing to put groc in the fridge until i tidy it. If i cram more in there, i won't tidy it. Plus Colorado peaches come to town Fri/Sat, so i need room for a case.

Emptied Mon/Tues drainer
Washed flank steak toaster oven stone bar pan, draining in the dishpan on a dish cloth

I’m so sorry mouseanne. They ought to put a little microwave on the 2 nd floor. I mean really. When I run out of food to take to work I feel so sorry for myself. I need to eat!  . hope you have time to pick something up. Soon. Filled yard debris bin. Took bins to curb. Cleaned up in car(!!). (The motivation just came to me out of nowhere! I packed up my SUP, finally. Brought my work stuff in. Picked up litter and recycled or threw away. Kind of a miracle!) Emptied dw Hung up laundry Started new load. |

30 Minutes done. I started one side of the kitchen and worked my was over the surfaces getting trash in the can, dishes into the sink, removed and put away things that didn't belong until i worked my way back to the start.
Damp mopped the floor for 2 minutes
Added foodsaver bags to the moving box and closed the first box as its packed.
I think today i will add a few things to the 2nd box from the kitchen then those 2 will be the first to go to the new place and they can be unpacked and put away then i can bring the boxes home. We will pass the new apt everytime i take hubby to work so we can take suitcases full and the boxed with us on those trips too.
My aim is to have many things taken in the SUV but i have to plan it out. Okay that was a joke. I really don't do well planning it causes anxiety i'm more of a spare of the minutes type person.

Good morning, busy people! Last night: Cleared table of papers. This morning: Did watering. Did some weeding. Took out compostables. Put away dishes. Folded blanket and had meds. Do stretches. Get dressed.
Water houseplants. I keep forgetting. Set up new watering schedule/table. Update food diary from all my scribbled notes of the last few days. OUTSIDE THIS EVENINGWater front lawn. Mow back lawn? Go for a walk? |

Hi all, Another day of nice activity here. Nice to be working with you all.  done: -scooped litter box -dishes soaking -food prep X 2 todo: -more in back yard, temp permitting -wash dishes -totally clear and clean kitchen counter - a good number of odds and ends still there but doable. -laundry  |
