Reporting some decluttering in the past few weeks: Previous total -- 1505 25 articles of clothing donated 1 comforter donated 2 matching shams donated 5 new washcloths donated 20 underwear, socks, bras into trash 12 toiletry plastic bottles recycled (I usually don't count such routine-type of recycling but this is part of a decluttering project in the bathroom) 1 towel hanger donated 1 small wicker basket into woodstove Total -- 67 items New total -- 1582     WTG EVERYONE!! And, once again, my math is off!!  The total above should be 1572, not 1582. Gah! So, previous total -- 1572 2 winter hats into donations 2 winter jackets into donations 3 toiletry plastic bottles recycled (bathroom decluttering project) I am starting to collect knickknacks/bric-a-brac/books/kitchen items, etc. into one box for a fundraising garage sale happening sometime this spring or summer. I am counting those in this total because I know I will not take them out or change my mind once they are in that box. 4 books into fundraiser box Total -- 11 items New total -- 1583. I am sure that total is mathematically correct. I used my fingers.  YAY, GO US!!!

ALSO: I signed us back up for trash/recycling pick up. I had been taking stuff to DPs, but now I have housemates. Turn out there was nothing owed on the previous account, so all that procrastination was for naught.
