Good morning! It's still really cold outside but the sun is shining so it will warm up soon.
Last night the dog had to go out at 1:30am for the first time in a while, so of course, I could not fall back to sleep until 3:30 or 4:00.
Today is a phone call day and I also might go over to meet my neighbor's dogs, he wants to change the configuration of his gate which would mean that our dogs would see each other through the fence, so we're going to try to introduce them through the fence, but the first step is I meet his dogs so that maybe his larger excitable dog will consider me a friend in the other yard. My dog already loves the neighbor because he gives her treats.
I'm eating breakfast and figuring out what the most important things are for me to do today.

An update:
DH hired new painters & they started on Tuesday or Wednesday. Can’t remember as I’m trying not to be focused on the house & just letting DH do his thing.
Anyway, these painters were supposed to redo & correct what the other painters had done wrong & finish the job.
DH was very upset Friday night when they said they were finished & he went ahead & paid them. They were supposed to have cleaned up after DH left. But DH went back later & saw that they did not clean up & then he walked it & saw they had not done something’s, left the house a mess, thinks they used the wrong color paint on the main big living room/den area. Can’t walk into the house without stepping on lots of paint splatters, debris & powder. We had thought we’d move back in on Saturday night.
Fri after work, I picked up Dog from doggie day camp. Noticed she smelled kinda bad, but thought it might wear off but she doesn’t usually smell like that smell even when outside playing on a hot day. Anyway, got her back to the hotel & fed her. She promptly threw up all over the Bed! She hasn’t thrown up in several years. Anyway, except for that she seemed ok.
I removed as much of the yuck as I could, quickly.
I removed bedspread, sheets, & pad from the bed. Thankfully didn’t go thru the pad to the mattress. Rinsed off some the bad areas of the bedspread.
We usually keep blankets on top of the bed that we brought from home just for extra protection of the hotel bed & linens. And I prefer just sleeping on top of them as opposed to hotel linens. The cleaners had been in & removed the blankets & folded them, & left them on the couch. I hadn’t put them back on the bed, yet. Darn it!
DH arrived & bagged the rest, took to front desk & came back with new bedspread, etc.
He helped me put everything back on the bed. He did most of it.
Anyway, we are using special canned food for her, yesterday & this morning. So far so good. Yay!

Good morning cando! Ugh, I'm so sorry you're having such trouble with your painting--it sounds like a nightmare. I hope your dog feels better--do you think she smelled bad because she vomited there and they didn't tell you? That wouldn't be good.

I took the dog out, she didn't do anything--we went out late this morning so hopefully that's why, otherwise I'll be taking her out again soon.

Hi Everyone! I using my phone which is a pain to use instead of ipad.
So I need amnesty for reading anything. I can just post simple.
I have been working on trash, recycle, got mail, got groceries, picking up dishes, doing laundry (wash, sort). I am in guest bedroom hiding out. I let kitties in main bedroom and they are enjoying it as i pet them while cleaning but it makes my 10 min break hard as kitties think that is dancing on my head and extra play time. They are watching cat tv on ipad so they dont notice me gone for break.
Next up. More of the same but adding shredding, vacuuming, litter boxes, etc.

Good morning everypony!
after the meeting yesterday I typed up some notes and charts and then filled my scrapbook. played with 2. LD and I had movie night. She likes lowbrow humor. I get to pick next week!
DVD, LD and 2 went to church. (which means something different in GA vs. CA  )
DONE: greeted the gang made coffee
remembered we are having dinner guests made bed hung up a couple wraps scooped put dry-ish dishes away and populated drying mat
NEXT UP: take meds update log go through one file enter one piece of data on spreadsheet wash up get dressed do face suit up
GOALS: sweep (vacuum?) DR table to zero
dishes to zero
mop address the homeless situation in the kitchen

I also did 10 minutes on seeds Diane,
A few minutes trying to organize the huge bathroom cupboard
Put things on the chair that i have placed by the front door
A few minutes putting everything in the dishwasher
DH brought up the 5 gallons of water from the car
Dh cooked a big meal today
I did 2 loads of laundry and dried it and away
Its 36 degrees here so i'm not going outside today. We did grocery top up and gassed up the car last night.

I lured Kitties out of bedroom with their dinner. So now I am breaking in bed room and have ipad back - YAY!
I need to swap the launder from washer to dryer and then work on the kitchen. Also I need to start another load of laundry.

Moving a little more slow mo....been taking little cat naps during the day
I did get a load in the wash and I am ready to hang it out
My son's work pants are next
I started hand washing some dishes
Took my dad out for ice cream. It was a cold and gray day yet there were people there in shorts!! And it snowed on our way home!!
Must persevere to the end of the day ....

DONE: took antihistamine
dining table to zero wiped off
put dry dishes away washed dishes broke down 3 small boxes and put in recycling
swept kitchen and LR mopped kitchen printed out three house charts made room on bulleten board posted them took meds

Okay that is the minimum in terms of house. I still want to do one folder and one field. but a break next
ETA: did a folder and entered accounts info into spreadsheet. NOW a break

Put up groceries
Cleaned out fridge
Tossed trash
Swapped more laundry and started another load
Next up more dish washer
Get boxes and etc off porch if there (i saw an orange note stuck on door of “we cant deliver” as i was pulling in garage earlier, cussed note, last time they made me go pick something up it was a tshirt). Oh yes just toss $$$ stuff in the bushes for me to find later rain soaked but cheap items I must come and show ID
Charge phone
Get health boxes one small and one large put together

Wow, look at all you productive people! I just got off my VERY long phone call.
I'm going to have an early dinner and hope I can still do something tonight--over the last few days I've made some big messes.
My neighbor hasn't called so I guess I won't meet his dog today--he has 3 dogs but it's the large pitbull mix he's concerned about--every time I see this dog I think how handsome he is, so I'm looking forward to meeting him.
I just looked at my dwarf zinnia plants--they are an inch high already and since I started them in those tiny peat pots they already need to go into something larger--looks like I need to make more newspaper pots!
