Today is the day that the county code inspector will make his rounds to check out our property and at least one other in our neighborhood. So much has been accomplished in this 10 day time frame. I have taken some time this morning to reflect on this project. The cars have been moved, grass has been mowed, the tall weeds have been pulled and put out in cans for pick up. I am grateful we have a good mower and good hedge trimmers also to make quick work out of the overgrowth. It is also helpful to have a truck to be able to haul metal to the recyclers. I was out there this morning putting cans out for trash day. There is still some room for more in the cans.  I'll go out and find more to put in those. |

Tomorrow is the day that the county code enforcement will come out to check what we have done in the yard. We worked tonight until sundown. The curb is loaded with recycling, weeds, trash and old storage containers that I hope sanitation will pick up.

I worked in the yard this morning. No county cars showing up yet. I noticed we are getting a lot better at taking the action to put all of our cans out for Thursday's pick up, instead of what we use to do : put th yard debris in a big pile to burn ourselves.  |
