Happy fall equinox!
I did a bunch of paperwork around noon, then I've had hard time get moving. I think I'll cook dinner now, maybe it'll give me energy to walk to the grocery store afterwards.

Hello OnTheMend and bree!
I'm back from the library, I also walked to the village hall nearby to drop off my water bill payment, to the mailbox, and to the paper recycling bin to drop off a bag of paper.
I picked up several books that were waiting for me, there were some that I thought would take a long time to move up the waiting list so I didn't put them on hold when I was reading my box books, so they all came during the last week. Plus the 2 others I ordered...oh well. Some of these new ones are nonfiction which always take longer to read, so I will start reading the books from the second box next month.
TO DO:
Call decluttering client 10 minutes on plants
Start dishes soaking Delete 10 hard emails

Hi Everyone! Thanks for kicking the weekend off lennonTuesday the floor guy is coming to fix the floor so I need to get house in order for him to come in and inspect all the new floor and then fix it. Hopefully 3rd time is the charm and this time it is the owner coming in to do it. I guess he is as sick of this dragging on as I am. So lots to do this weekend. The new solar is doing wonders - the last of it got installed yesterday and the town is going to do the inspection on Tuesday as well. So then I am all set except for filing the paperwork every year for my taxes and stuff. Oh no bree skunking! I hope the miracle stuff works for you. I use something similar to get rid of cat odor - i toss it in my laundry as i am re-washing the clothes sweetie decided to lay on. I have a ton to do today. I just got back from the grocery so i have healthy food to eat so no excuse for poor diet today. I need to do an inventory of the fridge so I can meal plan rest of week. Tonight I am making Irish cabbage soup. I need to start making up my work list and then i kicking it off - go go go go go go

hello and thanks for the tip TML. This nature stuff seems to be working rather well. just got back from a long walk with puppy to a park that the town is letting just be for the moment. the brush/wild growth along the paths is being allowed to just grow and is at least 4 feet in most places. walking there towards sunset gets a little creepy for me as it is so isolated feeling and the deer emerge. but this afternoon it was sunnya and not creepy and a few other walkers, runners, bikers. thursday evening it was just me and puppy! so now puppy is resting so I feel like I should take advantage by not doing any chores : ) I just threw out some more stuff that I fear could harbor skunk odor cleaned the litter started the load of darks started cleaning the bathroom floor might do a tiny bit of binging Netflix style while puppy is not staring at me for action!! boycat is eating very well! he and girlcat are on either side of me, puppy near my feet!

Bree, I'm so happy to hear boycat is eating now. I guess I don't know this, never having dealt with it, but are you thinking that the skunk smell just permeated things through the air? It seems like if something still smells, it would be something boycat touched on his way in--did you smell it the minute he walked in, so rushed him into the bathtub? I guess if the stuff got on his feet it would be anywhere he walked.
After the skunk bath incident at the animal hospital I asked the other staff members what it smelled like--was it like dog or cat anal glands, since I AM able to smell that and have smelled it many, many times. They said it was similar, but different, and stronger. Which doesn't help, but I get that smells are hard to describe if you can't relate it to another smell.
I took the dog out and checked for mail, none yet. The snow globe Christmas stamps were listed on my daily USPS summary as arriving Thursday. They did not come, then they were on the summary for Friday. Not in Friday's delivery. They are not on the summary for today, but I'm assuming they will finally come today. Not that I need them yet, but I always watch for orders to make sure they're not lost anywhere. The website does say they're still in transit. The woodland animal stamps that I ordered aren't released until October 10th so that will be another envelope to watch for. They didn't give an option to hold both stamps for one delivery or I would have chosen that.
Now I'm getting very sleepy, so I will work in the plant room for a while, that requires walking around so I won't fall asleep!

I had an amazing sleep last night - 11 hours! It meant I didn't get too much done before mum arrived annoyingly, but if a slightly dusty bathroom is the worst of her visit, I'm doing not too badly. Bf's mum dropped by during the afternoon as well, so I was glad everything was clean and tidy. Annoyingly we spent too long having a catch up that we didn't get to the thrift store. I will try and go at some point this week instead and have brought everything downstairs to annoy me into doing it.
Done: Put away laundry Finished reorganising my bedside table Load of laundry Laundry from machine to dryer Went through two Ikea bags of donations and sorted and folded, then brought them downstairs Brought two further bags of donations downstairs to go through Emptied bedroom trashcan Replenished toilet paper in downstairs bathroom Emptied dishwasher Restacked dishwasher
To do: Go through two further bags of donation stuff Achieve dining table zero - houseware gifts from an aunt to find a place for Achieve coffee table zero

Wow, that is amazing reve, I am envious!
I'm going to make dinner now, I don't think I have any productive time left in me. I did have to turn on the window AC for a little while, I'm hoping maybe this will be the last time this year. Downstairs is still cool and comfortable.
