done: -packed the large green can to the max and rolled to the street -sprayed a couple noxious weeds growing in a really difficult place. I prefer to pull weeds, but sometimes... -brought in the second cases of water from the car todo: -more weeding? -start sorting coins for a test-run through a Coinstar machine. Just a small amount to see how it works. -gather house trash for morning pick-up

I goofed. Even though I was entering all my food and drink in the journal, the times I wrote down were mere numbers without meaning. Imagine my surprise when I realized I was drinking tea from about 4:00 to 5:30. Half-life of caffeine is 5-6 hours, and it won't be cleared until early tomorrow morning. Took out compostables and recycling. Added up the $ value of the six excess items I bought for last week's cooking spree. In a way, I'd like to hang on to those foods, but the cupboards are a bit crowded. Even though the wishful thinking part of my brain says that I could use up the food within a year, it's not stuff I normally use much. The total cost was $35 (from three stores!). Yeah, I think I want the money more than the cupboard stuffers. Put the food in three bags with their respective receipts. Well-beingDo leg or core exercises. Go for a walk. Do stretches. Goodmorning WIT'ers! Today is a better day, as per usual I can see when a day will be productive or not from the morning. Done ~Took trash out from kitchen trash bin and bathroom waste basket. ~Started the dishwasher. ~Washed the remaining things, that don't fit in the dishwasher, by hand. ~Watered some plants. ~Swept the kitchen counters. ~Fixed DH breakfast and something to eat at work. ~Fed the doggies and the kitty. ~Disinfected the mop heads and refreshed the water in the buckets, plus cleaning liquid. To do *Enjoy my morning coffee while I take some notes for work. *Work on my WIP projects for a few hours. *Dust books and put back in the bookcase.

I got tired last night and skipped the restocking. The pasta salad did get made and the laundry was dried.

Hi all. Overcast here today, but not too hot, and not too cold. done: -scooped 3 litters -went through the large kitchen drawer beneath stove. Tossed extraneous stuff, but the keepers need washing. Not today. -collected house trash and took the bin to the street. Only half full todo: -retrieve fresh litter from the garage -weeding -transplanting

Feelin' old today. My initial hearing test indicates some loss, enough to start with hearing aids if I want them. I don't feel like I need them that badly yet. In fact, being home with DH most of the time, with his tv and music in the background a lot of the time--I really don't want to hear more than I do already! The doctor and I talked about taking ear protection to rock concerts; he is apparently too young to know the band DH are going to see in September! Done -Ear appointment -Grocery trip -Shower -Walked -Started laundry load -Ran the dishwasher To Do -Restocking -Finish the laundry load -Do leg strength exercises I'm putting off trying the recipe until tomorrow. I got rid of my very old hand mixer when we moved, because the beaters were rusty. Still have to get a new one.

awww DustyD, sorry about your hearing loss. Bummer. *Got the bathroom to zero, rinsed out the mop/bucket & wiped the mirrors down. *Did a quick fridge purge of too far gone food and carried it & scooped kitty litter to the curb bin *got the check register to current (it was over a month yikes!) and recon'd to the bank *paid some bills, but ran out of time, so more to pay still *called the bank for new checks, but they called back to let me know I should still have some, according to the next check number I told them. Hmm, they weren't in the drawer, o! dear! *logged into my Big City Dr's patient portal to cancel this week's tele appointment, they never sent me the list of meds/foods to avoid before having the lab work done. Bother. *Carried the grocery coolers back to the car *folded the pjs in the dryer

DustyD I remember going into a record store asking for a CD of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. The employe asked, "By ____?"
