Hi CL
"Oh what a beautiful morning oh what a beautiful day." It has not been too bad actually. Thanks for reminding me of a song often played on the radio in my childhood. Have I the right musical?
Done: food shopping including stuff for walk tomorrow ironed shirts and handkerchiefs cleaned kitchen floor put dry clothes away cleaned cooker top deflufed dryer and cleaned it reflected on past week wrote journal made bed sorted some fridge and deepfreeze contents washed up and put rubbish out cleaned steam iron cleaned electric razor cleaned sink and surfaces in kitchen cleared surfaces in bedsit found map and water bottle for walk
Todo: find suncream possibly write some more in journal reflect on todo for next week prayer and reflection bed and sleep
What's been going on for me is that I did not finish some admin work (letter to landlord) on Friday and so felt I 'should' do that today and I also have a priority of keeping my place clean and tidy so I was in a state of conflict and I did not realise this until this evening. The truth is that I feel happier with the place sorted (as far as it can be) than I would if I had finished the letter and the place was still in a mess. Now there is a voice inside saying I "should" have done both and I "should" get on with the letter now. I am not going to. It is late, I am tired and I need to wind down.

Hi CL "Oh what a beautiful morning oh what a beautiful day." It has not been too bad actually. Thanks for reminding me of a song often played on the radio in my childhood. Have I the right musical? Yes, indeed, you do! Done: food shopping including stuff for walk tomorrow ironed shirts and handkerchiefs cleaned kitchen floor put dry clothes away cleaned cooker top deflufed dryer and cleaned it reflected on past week wrote journal made bed sorted some fridge and deepfreeze contents washed up and put rubbish out cleaned steam iron cleaned electric razor cleaned sink and surfaces in kitchen cleared surfaces in bedsit found map and water bottle for walk Wow, Rexroth--You sure got a lot done!!!I also have a priority of keeping my place clean and tidy so I was in a state of conflict and I did not realise this until this evening. The truth is that I feel happier with the place sorted (as far as it can be) than I would if I had finished the letter and the place was still in a mess. That should be one of my priorities but due to how my home is still so messy, etc.....it obviously has not been so.Hope you have a nice, night's sleep. Good night, Rexroth. CD
