HOORAY FOR THE QUEEN!!!!! i will keep you and the kids in my prayers. Good for you for standing up for yourself. i will especially pray for the kids, I remember your daughters beautiful hair from pics you have sent me. Poor baby. Breaks my heart about M, your oldest son. You have been so unfairly treated in all this. Is the Indian council still involved? I hope not.
Take Care and keep fighting for you and your kids.

dear lori, i am so pleased that meeting went well for you and that you have come away feeling little more postivity. my prayers are with you and your dear children and much love is sent your way. it is unfathomable how this can happen. i am blown away by the ridiculous double standards being shown. reason must prevail. surely. or has the world gone completely mad.
blessings to you. hang in there and hold your head high. you are a wonderful person AND a wonderful mum.

Sending prayers and hope your way.
Why can't they give your children back now, at least part time?

Well done, Your Royal Highness, (curtsies). I am so happy for you, and your kids.
I really do hope you diarize all this because they have said the kids are 9/10 in safety and they are wrong they can be held to account. Put the blighters in the Tower!
Why don't they spend the money used to pay to supervise you, write reports, have meetings etc, instead to help you and the kids get things right in your house?

I applaud your courage in sharing your story. I am so sorry you and your children have become a victim of the very ones who are supposed to help you. I am so sorry for all you are going through with this. My prayers and support are with you.

Thank you all for your kind words, well wishes, and prayers (yes I'm open to prayers in ANY religion, to answer one persons question in chat ) You have given me the strength I needed to go on and file an appeal today. Come to find out ... IT WAS EASY, and took only about 5 min on the computer. I have been so humilated and degraded. My rights as a mom and a human have been ripped away from me. The mis-treatment by DHS and the courts has been insane! I DON'T want to say this to make anyone out there scared ... I just want you to be aware of what can happen. It scares me to think this could happen to others, but we live in an un-educated society. Your life can literally be ripped out from under you if you have squalor. I know it's not fair, but it is the truth. I can only keep encouraging people to come here or find support in some way before it is too late. If you have the money, hire someone to help you. Confide in a friend or relative. Ask your church (as I know one mom here did). I BEG of you ... don't let what happened to me, happen to you. I pray for the safety of you all and your families. I hope we all live to see the day when squalor is understood and none of us have to live with labels. WE ARE NOT BAD PEOPLE!! Once again, thank you and I'm sure my kids would thank you too. ~Lori

Dearest Lori, I am so glad to read that you were able to get an appeal filed. You deserve something going your way for once. I can't imagine how harsh this is for your kids, they have my greatest sympathy ! Just try to keep that fire of anger going to give you the energy to fight the good fight. You really also need to love yourself !!!! The hurt and shame you have felt don't belong in your heart .Knowing love for yourself & that you deserve a good respectful life may help a lot too. Love,Laura
