There is a known bug we are experiencing. Some members are not able to access the boards. For them, the forum either "jumps around" or loads indefinitely and never shows anything.
If you know of someone who is experiencing either problem (through email, presumably), tell them NOT to use their bookmark/favorites to access Stepping out of Squalor. Instead, try typing the following address directly into the address bar of their browser.
http://takeonestepatatime.proboards.com/
If they compare this address to the one they have bookmarked, they'll probably find
http://takeonestepatatime.proboards80.com/
The number is no longer needed and is causing problems in IE now.

Changes were made to the ProBoards system and you shouldn't be seeing this problem anymore. There haven't been any additional complaints to the support board since then, anyway! I'm taking the announcement down.
I hope none of you were TOO inconvenienced!

I thought I was the only one. I did find an answer on the proboards help forums before seeing this. I deleted my bookmark, then used my still working Squalor Survivors bookmark to find here again.
