Well it is day 2 of vacation/camp clean at home. Almost finished the kitchen yesterday. It is going to be hard to force myself to complete the kitchen and not jump into a new project/ or another toom, and leave everything in utter chaos.
I keep walking into the kitchen just to look at the cleared off table! Last night I did return tupperware/cookware/things that were on my table that belonged to someone else.
I will spend a few minutes in my son;s room and gaterh laundry and dirty dishes- then spend more time int he kitchen....
Have to find the memory card reader so that I can load pics and show my progress.
I'm going in.....or under as I will tackle inder my sons bed

Survived going down under.....found trash/wrappers/etc....enough for two bags. Cardboard to be recycled. Missing plates, cups, etc.....bottles and cans to recycle......p[ens, papers, etc. I was looking for the missing cordless phone but no luck. Got the bed stripped and I am washing the comforter as we speak.
I think today's camp field trip is to find a dehumidifieer as my basement smells so damp and yuck and the smell is slowly drifting upstairs. I think if I can contain that smell- the house will smell better.
Today's cookout will be a nice tossed salad that I made for a picnic last night- that I was unable to go to.
I think I will take mid-way thru pics

yes- I agree- a freshly made bed makes me and the room feel much better!
Went to the bid red K and got a dehumidifier. Now to wrestle it to the basement and egt it running. WHile at the big red K, the shoes I have been coveting all spring were on sale for $10 and buy one get one 1/2 off. I got a pair of bone and a pair of black. Theya re patent leather sandals and very basic- go with everything and appropriate for work. Had I bought them on sale in may they would have cost me $40. Today I got them for $15. I guess I will work on my bedroom closet tonight and start dumping shoes that I no longer wwear.
off to finish the kitchen and find more laundry.......need to wash the uniforms

You are doing a wonderful job. If you are getting tired of one room, why not try a timer? Work in that room until the timer goes off, then go do something else, again for the allotted time, then go back. That way you are taking a mental break from the one room without abandoning it completely.
Keep up the great work!
