Accountability Partners: Wed May 21'08
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of this thread: To post our hopes/goals and desqualoring progress on a day-to-day basis. The goal of this daily thread: We're here to be accountable for ourselves and accomplish stuff (no matter how small the task). If we succeed or fail, we know there'll be someone always looking out for us and posting supportive comments/responses, (i.e., those who participate are paying attention and following up on the progress of others who participate).
Participation requirements: None. Just jump in and join in whenever you feel like it! Happy Desqualoring!!!

Wow, I just found out my brother is on the road from California and will be here tomorrow. That's a 2000 mile drive and I wasn't expecting him until June! So the To Do List will include getting ready for him to stay in granddaughter's room.eagle's Wednesday awoke at 6:08 (about 4 hours sleep - up too late playing Ratatouille on the XBox) laundry: one load done 75 minutes physical exercise sent email to my dad & brother's To Do put clean sheets on granddaughter's bed (brother will stay in her room) shower, etc. go to restaurant & work on that To Do List (payroll, bills, acctg) evening off with granddaughter help granddaughter sort through some of her artwork & decide which to keep & which to throw away (quite a stack has accumulated in her room) tidy granddaughter's room tidy kitchen (some surfaces have become cluttered) vaccuum carpet on stairway treads donate something throw something away clean something another 2 loads of laundry (sheets & granddaughter things)

Just returned from the dental cleaning and exam, no followup appts needed. Yay me for flossing everyday!

I had a lot of Fibro Flare trouble yesterday evening and during the night: with pain, anxiety, fear and total exhaustion. I ate some chocs (not so good) and read a bit in one of the Fibro bibles (not so bad). I got up during the night and had a slice of home-made banana bread with a glass of soy milk: very soothing. Onwards from Script
my day:
*folded, put away air-drying laundry upstairs *another give-away bag ready (DH's shoes) *checked out Collage copyright info, cut/pasted and mailed to friend *opened bedroom window *metamucil *exercise: 46 minutes *notified Zip of defective disk *unloaded dishwasher *cleaned last of things from last night's supper *set table for whenever *breakfast, cleaned up *made bed *beauty challenge: teeth (floss), bath, washed hair, perfume, hand cream rings *swish & swipe *ordered 4 DVD's from Collage (will cull some unsuitable ones) *walked with errands ----- mailed mail -----vase with instructions to Quince -----photo chip to Black's -----gift certificate for brother at Indigo -----bought some carnations (cheap) and a 'get well' balloon for self *lunch *arranged flowers, re-arranged calla lilies *e-mails re: UDA's car parts *survived ghastly rehearsal (people kept getting lost, playing wrong instruments, generally making a hash of lovely pieces!) *WOW box put away *cut out lots of stuff for scrapbook FLARE page *brought gift to music hostess *checked with group about gift certificate for brother who is helping at the tea *tiny tidy in kitchen (DNF) *more tidy in kitchen *gathered trash for tomorrow *did scrapbook page *fibro meds, celexa, vagifem, metamucil, brushed teeth
