I have not posted in a LONG LONG time. But I am ready daily and getting inspired by all that I read. I found these quotes and wanted to share. I just love Anne Lamott. Have a great day/evening/ wherever you are! When you hoard and hide away your blessings, they soon wither and die. When, on the other hand, you put them to use, the good things in your life grow and multiply. "There is no better way to show your thankfulness and appreciation for something than by using it for a positive, productive, creative purpose. Do that, and the value you already have grows even more valuable. "Whatever you have is not really yours unless you are truly thankful for it. To be truly and effectively thankful for it, make full and fruitful use of it." greatday.com/motivate/050411.htmlPerfectionism is the voice of the oppressor, the enemy of the people. It will keep you cramped and insane your whole life. Anne Lamott

She also wrote this wonderful thing about when her brother had to write a report on Birds of North America and was totally blocked.
He was sitting at the table surrounded by a sea of paper and books.
And said to his father, "How do I do this?"
And his father said, "Bird by bird, buddy. Bird by bird."
Could be the alternate name for our site.

A man that hoards up riches and enjoys them not, is like a donkey that carries gold and eats thistles. - Richard Burton I changed it to donkey because the censor didn't like the "a" word. If a cluttered desk is the sign of a cluttered mind, what is the significance of a clean desk? - Laurence J. Peter I know that one is totally unhelpful but it's funny I will endure having an empty mind to keep my desk clean!
