Hi Everyone, I have such a mess to contend with that I'm wondering where on earth to start. I have some new (to me) furniture coming and I need to totally reorganize, pick up, clean. I can't think straight and I need some help figuring out where to start. Any ideas? Deb

start by the entry way where the furniture has to come into the house. Make sure to clear enough so that the doors can actually open. Then clear off any furniture that may be leaving. Then bag up everything that is in the pathway of the new furniture coming in. and clear where it will be put. babysteps! you can do it and what a nice reward new furniture will be!

And make sure your bathroom is functional, should the furniture movers need to use it.

Start at the door of a room or hallway, and work your way around it clockwise, dealing with whatever is in your path. That can make it easier to focus, you don't have to decide where to go, you just keep picking up where you left off.
