I hand washed the ballet clothes. I dissed out the detergent bottle and used that in one load--I hope they get clean. That leaves a load and a half. I am going through those to look for items we need this weekend. I guess I will hand wash those. If I wait we won't be able to leave on time.

Its now the challenging part. My son hid his dirty laundry. I found most of it and will be washing along with a load with the swimsuit in it since daughter's going to friend with pool after school.

everyone on your laundry successes!! I have been in a laundry funk the last 10 days, doing the bare minimum. Of course having my daughter with special needs creating extra washing for bedding issues (wet/poopy accidents) tends to put me behind. If we have to wash her bedding every day or even every other day, it sometimes is all that gets done. And lately I am behind on that and everything isn't getting washed each day. I had 1 pillow that I had to trash because she had some poopy issues in bed (10 days of antibiotics is the culprit.) Then over the last 10 days, I only had 1 day off in between 6 days of work and another 3. I have 5 days off now. So I know I am going to be laundry every day to catch up and prepare for the next work week. Laundry Ta Da's for WednesdayGather up all dirty laundry in house (it's a lot!) & sort into loads Rotate laundry - comforter out of dryer and load clothes from last night to dryer Load bedding to washer Load bedding to dryer Load darks into washer

Been dragging tail here since I posted this am. I have only been tossing things in and out of machines, as usual. Just did my dishes so I am going to go work on the laundry next. My "helper" has been dumping the clean laundry out of the baskets.

Most is clean. Most of that is folded. Most of The stuff that belongs upstairs has made it up even though it's still in a laundry basket. Tomorrow "most" stuff will get put away

Di nice job on getting laundry done.
I am currently rewashing all of my son's stuff. He mixed all the clean and dirty clothes together. Thus all is dirty.
Someday I will catch up.
I did all of his blankets and pillows too.
I am trying to be thorough.

Currently, I'm doing well with this. I've been doing a load every other day or so. Right now the dirty clothes at our house are the jammies we wore last night and what we are wearing right now. It's nice to have clean clothes, and my daughter commented that she likes having only a small pile to put away at a time (because there is never a huge basket full if I'm keeping it up).
I am keeping the whites aside though and will do one load of those on the weekend, mostly because dishtowels, etc. really need bleach in the wash.
On the weekends I do the towels, sheets and area rugs.

There is a totally disgusting car seat cover in the washer-- it has mold on the back of it, stains, probably years old urine and other disgusting stuff. It belongs to LilBit and her dad has washed it ONCE in 6 years of use. Should I wash out the machine when I remove it? ? When I took it off, the smell was enough to gag a maggot!!!!
