Hi everyone! I don't have time to reply to everyone - but I am impressed by the amount of stuff getting done! A special hello wave to Judejude. You are absolutely doing this right! And please, please don't feel silly. somedays I post "fold three pieces of laundry" and other days, folding the whole basket is one TaDa. You do whatever you need to do to get things done! I have still been feeling down, but on the way to drop my DD off at school, I decided enough is enough. I was goign to come home and get my crap together. Come here and post. Start cleaning. And then I promptly took a three hour nap. /sigh My ex is coming over tonight to take my DD trick or treating. The house is ok, but I would like to make it better. The house was one of our main arguing issues when we were married. I don't overly care what he thinks, but I am proud of myself that I have been able to maintain the downstairs for 3 weeks. TaDa: 1. Got DD up and prettied and to school. 2. Ate breakfast, took meds. 3. Took long nap. ToDo: 1. Open blinds and windows. 2. Clean LR/DR surfaces. 3. Hang up coats on coat tree.

BecomingClearer, I hope doing this W.I.T. helps you. I just tried it for the first time today and so far it is very inspiring.
It is so cool to have people who you know won't judge you because they know what it's like and what goes on in your head.
TaDa: - sewed costume - put most all finishing touches on it - swept up material and ribbon scraps off of living room floor
ToDo: - Put zipper in nephews costume - clean off kitchen table - put sewing machine away!

Hi everyone! My work schedule is crazy, so I haven't posted much but I have been doing a lot. Today's TADAS: 1. Ate, took meds/vites, & got washed, & dressed for work. 2. Worked all day. 3. Stopped at the thrift shop to donate a bag of clothes on the way home from work. (I donated four pair of women's pants, one men's pants, one fleecy vest, one top, and 2 nightgowns.) I did buy one top and pants, but 9 out and 2 in isn't bad at all. TODOS: Not sure about this, but I want to sort and file my paper tiger monster in and on my desk. I also will make supper and attempt to straighten my dining room. Sigh...... 3g

Welcome judejude! You are making fantastic progress...I can't imagine sewing an entire skirt in one day!!! That AND doing laundry!! WTG Thanks, but to be clear I did not actually sew a skirt from scratch. I bought a round table cloth that had lots of ruffles at the thrift store and cut a hole in the middle and made a waist and added some ribbons. I haven't the patience for actual sewing. I'm good with making costumes because everyone's in the dark and you don't have to worry about perfect seams, etc.

Wow Skatters, getting a whole floor clean is amazing. I know what it is like, but it has rarely happened and I've rarely done it on my own. The open floor space and open sitting space is amazing.
You're the inspiring one. You are doing a ton of housework. Wow!

TaDa: 1. Properly dust, now that I have the duster downstairs. 2. Vacuum. 3. Greet ds from school. give him his list of chores without seeming like I am bombarding him coming in the door. Bonus: Washed and changed bedding in dog kennel.
ToDo: 1. Lay out throw rugs. 2. Shampoo puppy doo corner. Lay out new puppy pad. 3. Clean off dining room table.
