TaDa: - Put zipper in nephew's costume (good thing I didn't know how much work it ended up being) - cleaned off table where I was sewing - put sewing machine all the way away (amazing!)
ToDo: - Go to store and find flowers for costume headband and fairy wings - wash and dry one more load of laundry by morning - go to bed by 9 or 10 so maybe I can stay awake tomorrow
OK, I want to list more like making dinner, but I am trying to focus on just doing 3 more things instead of looking at everything that needs to be done. I'm also trying to separate what NEEDS to be done vs. what I'd like to have done. (((don't panic)))(((don't panic)))

Judejude--Don't Panic! Just tell yourself I am only dealing with this right now. That will get done in time. I talk to myself all the time. I have all kinds of little games I play to get me to do stuff and not get either overwhelmed or discouraged. It is an ongoing process. You are moving forward. Just remember that. I used to sew. I loved it. Good job putting the machine away when you were done!
Tadas:
Payroll. Banking. Paid bills.
Todos:
Daily work. Get bookwork from bookkeeper. Work on filing.

Hello everyone! I agree - don't panic, jude. Take a deep breath, and tell yourself you are only going to do ONE thing. Or maybe three things. Then you can stop. I firmly believe that there are lessons to be learned while uncluttering and cleaning. And if you try to rush that process, you are not taking the time to learn all that can be learned. Or something like that! So you officially have permission to ignore everything but three items!
TaDa: 1. Dinner made and eaten. 2. Dishwasher loaded and ran. 3. DD dressed and taken out trick or treating.
TaDa: 1. Give DD a bath. Her purple hair will make for an interesting scum ring on the tub, me thinks. 2. Clean up fresh puppy poo. 3. Go get new litter scoop out of the car. Bring upstairs, along with a grocery bag. 4. Took DD and puppy for 30 minutes brisk walk. 5. Scooped kitty litter (I have never done this before!) and took yickys to the outside bin. 6. Logged my steps for the day.
I am done for the day, I think! I hope to be back in full force tomorrow! Have a great night y'all!

don't think I posted here yet, today. meditated. hour&. lesson. out -- smelly garbage. wore -- previously bagged up velvet scarf. went to gym. worked out for hour and twenty (this is good) washed and dried hair. used mascara went to health food store-- ate a few raw cashews. stuff home and out of bag-- wet towel. underwear I found in bag and washed at gym. went to library. used computer. answered friend who got good report from biopsy (yay!) red millions of emails from organizer lady. this will not do. must condense. ick. went to get food. ate some. (a tiny handful of blueberries, a couple of pieces of cut pineapple and cantaloupe -- that's the healthy part. then there's the other part...) tried to fix the document for the foundation at kinko's --not possible. must do tomorrow. have walked a fair amount -- by the time I get home -- will be a respectable number
