Hi lennon Thanks for kicking off the week! Hi Everyone I am trying something different - I am working in 3’s in each room I am in and on the weekend I try to make it 5’s until I get tired and then back to 3’s. It is starting to make a dent in a couple of rooms. Best Wishes for a productive and happy week!!!!

Good morning TML!
Thanks for starting the thread, lennon!
I had pretty good sleep and feel good today, except for my continuing sinus issues. I'm wondering if the unusually warm weather is causing some kind of allergies--I swore I saw a housefly when I was outside the other day--if it was warm enough to cause fly eggs to hatch maybe there's mold or something growing too. It will only be warm until Thursday, though.
Let's all have a good week!
Diane

Hi lennon, Diane and TMLMy work day soon ends and I'll walk puppy. I am having a bit of flexibility lately and I am taking a very late lunch and then working home in the later afternoon. That way I am not rushing back and forth at lunch and I can walk puppy right away. I am not certian how long it will last, and it is not an every day thing, but is sure helps in time, savings on gas, and my sanity, and the animal tribe has more time with me. I put a long list in on Saturday and here is what I did accomplish over the weekend: kept up with dishes, went to bed with shiny sink vac'd living room vac'd stairs vac'd dining room vac'd kitchen vac'd entryway vac'd bathroom vac'd my room vac'd DD room vac'd upholstered furniture put away outdoor Christmas decorations paid several important bills went grocery shopping walked puppy at park each day for long walk went to church cleaned litter went to a funeral so I did not do all my list but a good chunk; the vac was so needed and I am so glad it is done. I also ended up making a good soup to bring to the football gathering. I was rooting for the underdog the 49ers. today on a Monday I tend to give myself a break - going to work is enough! So I am not sure what if anything i will do tonight after work ends and after the pupppy walk is done.

Good afternoon bree!
I had a little internet trouble this afternoon, it didn't last long but I couldn't get online for a while.
I did PEEPing so that I can stay at baseline, I brought my laundry upstairs but haven't put it away yet. I also made some veggies so they'll be ready for dinner, and I talked again to my decluttering client.
Tomorrow morning I go to the library so I'm also trying to finish another book so I can return it tomorrow even though it's not due yet. I'm back up to a ridiculous number of library books here. And there are two more waiting to be picked up.

That is a long list bree ! Diane I hope your sinus feel better. I have been taking Dayquil. I went to the Drs today and decided between Drs and everything else I deserved cupcakes which I ate instead of dinner. I guess the good news is that I am not used to eating a heck of a lot as I was so full with cupcakes that i could not even think of dinner. I am increasing my calories a bit (the cupcakes are way over my small increase but they were wonderful). My hair has started to fall out which could be due to stress, me eating tuna (even though the cans said low mercury), x months past me being really sick and this is the downstream result, or I need to eat a bit more. i have no idea why my hair is falling out but I am trying to destress, no tuna or canned salmon, I am using my rice shampoo and conditioner again (I started this when i had hair loss from accident and it is a bar shampoo conditioner so it is still around the house), and I am increasing my calories up to 1250 but trying to increase my activity. Plus I am taking collagen. Working on all fronts for this except I am not doing light therapy at drs again - yet. Normally they say i have about twice as much hair as normal person and even though it is fine I have to have it textured to keep from looking like poofy lion. When i used to make a braid it was nearly as big as my wrist. So i have lost a lot but not bald yet and hopefully it will grow back. Dr said I was doing fine and ran a few tests. It was just a lot of stress/sick/mom stress/ blah blah last year and hair loss usually hit about 3 month post the issue (unless it is the tuna). I need to work on house some more and work work some more tonight. We are supposed to get cold and snowy again. Which actually unless we lose power I would not mind. I could stand to just stay home tomorrow and work on work and harmonize with nature. Diane I have been reading a lot too. I enjoy reading.

Good evening scholar--wow, the sun has been down here for about two hours! I always notice when it happens even if I'm not looking at the windows because the cardinal comes to eat and I hear her tick-ticking.
TML, I don't remember you mentioning books before--what do you like to read?
Time for me to get ready for bed, good night all, see you in the morning!

Thanks , lennon, for starting the thread. I didn't post yesterday. Went to Mass with Carolyn, did dailies, took shower, washed hair, and took out recycling. Today, I did the dailies, put away the cleaning cloths in the dryer, and reconciled my checkbook. I have hit a bad spot in the Math book and I can't remember ever learning this subtraction of positive and negative integers. Will try again. I still have not reached the Algebra section which was the reason for purchasing the book in the first place. I went outside and pulled dead plants from pots on the patio and placed those and other plant pot into the shed. Brought in the bagged hose and nozzles and took them to the basement. Texted with my DD and talked with my BFF in CT. My best to all for a good tomorrow. catcats
