Keep going TT!
When I came home from the library I had a long call with my decluttering client, and then inventoried the seedlings that I have so I can figure out what else to plant.
Next:
10 minutes on seedlings Start a load of laundry Restock water in fridge Delete 10 hard emails

Dear womble, I am so very sorry that you lost your dear dog. I know you tried hard to save him and it is very hard to lose a cherished pet who is , indeed, a part of our family. I imagine your other doggo needs some extra loving right now. Confusion must be in that baby's head too. Hugs for your family. catcats

Hello catcats!
After my last list I decided to go out to the yard, for about an hour. I tested the hose faucet, it's still leaking, but half as much, so does that mean it's the gasket and it will get better on its own? I will have to email the handyman and ask. I changed the water bowl and birdbath, cut some branches, and also was able to do a couple of sessions of weeding, kneeling on the pad. I had to keep my knee a little over the edge but it worked.
Now I'm finishing up lunch and might stop for a short reading break.

Scholar, I hope you don't fall asleep at the gym!
I had an extra long reading break because I was almost done with a very suspenseful police procedural and I had to see how it ended.
Since then I've been working on repotting seedlings--I wanted to try a new ground cover plant that I had never heard of before, it's called "rupturewort." It's not native, but it would be so much better than grass if it works--I was planning to just plant it in one of the corners where I had to put mulch during the winter since the grass is already very sparse there--just as an experiment to see if it grows. I planted about 20 peat pellets with the seeds and almost every one grew, I didn't expect almost 100% germination! Now they are 1/2 inch tall and supposedly they have a long tap root, so I will have to repot them all pretty soon--I don't have enough lights for 20 pots so I don't know what I will do. I'll just have to rotate them and give them some light every day and hope they do okay. There are more plants I would like to start but I don't have room...
I moved the laundry to the dryer earlier so now I have to go get the dry laundry, plus I'm going to try for another half hour in the yard before dinner. It's gotten cloudy and cooler but is still good yard work weather.

I went outside but after about 20 minutes it started raining, even though the forecaster said yesterday "we will have no rain until Tuesday".
Good night everyone, see you tomorrow in the weekend thread!
