I haven't read the thread, just watched the video--- LOVED IT!
I am shocked at how much you got done in 7 days??
My favorite parts?
The storage bins lined up in front of your beautiful shelving and the sorting/putting away The rack for the rakes and such The shelf installed The floor mopped and drying, high speed
Great video! Love your garage!

I realize this was 4 years ago, but wow! Great job!! And your beginning did not look as bad as ours. I love the video! Truly inspiring how much you can get done when you are just working hard and focused!!

That video was great! And the music for it was a perfect fit. I'm glad this thread got resurrected so I could watch it. Thanks very much for sharing.

I'm glad people are still enjoying this. I still get a kick from watching this from time to time myself. People at my work still ask me if the garage still looks this good today and the answer is no, unfortunately.
After 4 years, it's become cluttered, disorganized, and dirty again. We have avoided going into the garage much due to the rat infestation in there this past year. But I'm pretty sure it would take a fraction of the time it did to clean it up again, we have more stuff, but it's all garage stuff so I don't think we'd throw much away.
I'm considering doing a garage project: part deux, but a couple things need to happen first. #1 Rats eliminated, and #2 house cleaning finished.
I would have time-lapsed the cleaning of the house but my husband is too embarrassed to let me do that. That wuss.

I love the video! The music was perfect, you and your little worker bees, and a cameo by hubs too! I loved you sorting into the empty tubs, and putting up the hanging area for tools. Nice to see spaces getting used properly, I'm so stuck on getting an empty space, the what to do next doesn't even come into it.

Wow, this was inspiring! I don't have a garage, but I've spent the day cleaning out my spare bedroom which I use as a storage room. Your video was very motivating. Your dollhouse looks exactly like one that I had when I was a little kid. I smiled every time I saw it.

This should be in the 'favourite threads' section so new people can find it. It's great, and I love how it shows that sustained effort and small improvements turn into remarkable results.
