Get "Lose it!" in the app store and then sign up to the website. loseit.com Add me as ur friend (tania@digsite.net). It's a tracking app for your food/weight/etc and we can keep eachother motivated.
I started using it yesterday and can already see why I'm not losing weight. What I thought was a 'light' breakfast is actually 730 calories. yikes!!
But it would be more fun with other friends you can track too!
