skatters, I have an accuquilt die cutter. Yes, it's curved seams, but only about 4". Even when connecting sets, you change direction every 4", plus there's a middle notch indicator to match, and the seams when multiple. I have am able to set sleeves into garments, so I can do it. I also like the challenge. Pulmonary function test today, and got tires, so I worked later. Oof! TaDa Ate planned-overs Clean pillowcases on pillows Today's clothes, re-wearables hanging in closet, laundry in basket I was cold last night, no open widow tonight, plus am wearing the reserved winter nightgown. Brrr. 39 days to July 5

Good morning mouseanne and sidestep! Well yesterday was a bust for me! And come to find out we are back to work full time today, so it was my last weekday off! I spent hours watching the SpaceX launch, and then that was a bust. But I am excited to watch again on Saturday - though I hope it doesn't steal my whole day again. My big goal of getting up by 11am for extra chores isn't going as smoothly as I had hoped. I work 3-11pm, and the goal is bed by 2am, up by 11am. The alarm goes off, and I snooze it for twice, and finally get up about 11:30a. Then sit here and do nothing until noon. And I have napped a little (about an hour) each day. But I am dragging. I know it's 9 hours of sleep, but I have always needed a lot of sleep. I'll stick with it, but now we are back to work until 11p every night, rather than 9:30 so I might need more down time before bed too. We'll play it by ear. TaDa: Got vertical Caffeinated ToDo: Meds Unload the dishwasher

I messed around on the internet after work, so I was late leaving. I got tires Wed, my low tire indicator was still on, so I read my car manual, hit reset. Part of the reset process is 15 min at 40 mph. Well, my town is 2 miles across, so 15 min means a trip out of town. Drove east 10 min, then back. Got home around 8:00. Ate planned overs.
I had borrowed a 3 ring binder from work (until I unpacked one), I was using it for my sewing box map. I had found my packing planner 3 ring binder this past weekend.
My only TaDa I organized my planner, and the borrowed binder can go back

mouseanne - Love the idea of "planned overs"! I'll have to think of my intentionally left over dinners like this, rather than "oh dang, leftovers again, sigh." ! Good job on organizing your planner! I love to do things like that, but then I never keep up with them. sidestep - here's a "where you be at" gentle nudge! I have to leave for work in 2 hours. I want to make a pasta dish before work, for lunch then dinner. But also other stuff too. I want to make time to watch SpaceX tomorrow, and I think I have guests over on Sunday - so I need to get going today! Tada: Got vertical (this wasn't easy) Caffeinated Meds ToDo: Put shoes on (My foot was terrible yesterday) Check DS's schedule 10 min in kitchen

Well I picked up and folded all the grocery bags from "kitty condo adventure exploration"
I swept up the piles of dead leaves and floor grit (easier to use a broom and dustpan than drag the vacuum out Piled MORE into the laundry Added to the grocery list- +++++++++++++++++ I now must- -Pay a large overdue bill, and deposit the stimulus check, by mail, ..which by happenstance PAYS the big bill and leaves $68. left over for a grocery run..horray!
1. -email my grocery shopper girl with the new list- deposit $68 into paypal for her to spend willynilly (Ha!) 2. -STILL have to get a load of laundry out to the washer 3. -have to strip the bed and wash the flannels 4. move laundry in LR and put away in closet 5. PRINT the return receipt for a blouse 2-3 sizes too large.. it IS all cotton so I debated shrinking in hot water several times...and see the waste of $3.50 to return (they send a label, and deduct the money fron the cost of the item which I like)
6 GO OUT to the mini grocery!!!! prolly tomorrow
This ENTAILS: get DRESSED.., drive the car just 2 miles... WALK holding onto a cart, with mask stifling me, I have been in Jammies EVERY DAY 24/7 DAY since LAST AUG when my back finally stopped me from moving around. NOW i am fighting uphill battle to re-EARN muscles. did myself a disservice when I didn't fight back hard enough..60% my fault...lockdown stopped me going to PT pool therapy. dang! -PLAN- pull all the fabrics and clothing does out of storage and plat my nw wardrobe (a FUN reward)
+++++++++++++++++++++++++ 1. Vacuum up all the dry plant leaves DONE 2. Pick up and fold 7 brown grocery bags I tossed on the floor DONE
3. Unload the DW from a seated position- place all on top of counter. 4. wipe down popcorn popper and put away. No more carbs til Sat. night.
5. Fill laundry basket with last items, get next to door for toting outside to washer. DONE 6. Continue adding items to my grocery shopping 'mini' run. DONE

skatters I only cook food I like. Unless I happen to make some kind of major error. My g-ma wouldn't eat leftovers, but loved frozen meals. I'd make batches of lasagna/spaghetti & freeze it in tupperware. For a single, its a cook once, eat many times deal. But, she turned her nose up at that. whatev. So, I cook, say it serves 4, well, that's a fresh meal, and 3 planned overs. Shrug. Much better for me than eating milk & crackers for supper, which I did MULTIPLE times this winter. And tastier. I do hope your foot feels better soon. sidestep, I wondered when you mentioned talking tools when you got to your fence project, but I didn't see fence in your list. Well woo-hoo! You've torn one down. Awesome-possum. H2H, you're doing wonderfully! I hear you on the stimulus, mine went straight on the credit card. I'll be seein' ya'll over the weekend!!!

About that planner. it's not what you think. Granted it has paper in it. And some dividers, even a set of monthly tabs. If I said, Oh, I found my scratch paper brain dump, everyone would be glancing at each other, anyone have any idea what the crazy is talking about? But if I say planner, you at least have a general idea what it is I found, and was glad it showed up. The OUTSIDE is pretty, because I bought a binder with a front pocket, and when my giant flower 2018 calendar stale dated, I cut a big purple something up and put it in the pocket. So, it's cheerful, and easy to spot amongst the flotsam and jetsam. TaDa Towels in washer Coffee brewing TaDa Caffeinated Listzilla

mouseanne - I guess I do "planned overs" frequently too! Like if I make pot roast and veggies, I make enough to make some freezer meals for dinners at work. My biggest problem is that I am not a very cook, so there's not much I want to eat more than once or twice! And I do understand what you mean about the brain dump notebook - I have a steno notebook I keep at work that sounds a bit similar! DD and ex are coming over for dinner tonight to celebrate his and mine's bdays. He's bringing dinner. I will provide dessert. I think I might run into cheesecake factory and get each of us our own piece. Or, there's a mini bundt cake place I can get too. We'll see. TaDa: Vertical earlier than planned Caffeinated ToDo: Get dressed Go to Post office Go to liquor store Go to dessert store

I have 1 task that would help me feel better but do not want to put on a list yet. Wonder why?
My pantry/laundry room has been dejunked months ago. Shelves and drawers are emptied.
That room needs a good vacuuming of mouse droppings and then a steam/hot water cleaning of the floor. It is a nasty room that disturbs me everytime I go in there to obtain a can or jar of basics.
This is a small room and should not take long. I guess that is why I consider it a small step or tiny task. Hope posting it here motivates me.

skatters, o I have cooking fails. I have 3 pkts of pork beans, savory not sweet, been in freezer, hmm, now I think of it, winter 2018, didn't love em when I made them, so never ate the frozen ones. Well then, way past time. Need to eat or toss. gaylem, you're a braver soul than I. I wouldn't want mouse poo in my vac. OCD me would say, there's no way to clean the vac after. (I'm NOT saying don't, I'm saying it would freak me out cuz I'm weird.) sidestep wow, that a lot of mowing Go, you! Pwd mini donut...too funny, I actually was thinking of breaking out my mini donut maker for breakfast. Didn't only because there's NO counter space clear. TaDa Looked at boxes, contemplating for laundry shelves Ones I thought of didn't work, but this week's Amazon box is correct dimension but will need to be cut shorter Hmmm?? ?? Cut in half, have two? Itsa thought Poured rest of big bag of mini shredded wheat into canister Made a bowl of cereal, yay, breakfast, go me for not meal skipping
