mouseanne - good job on hiring those guys to come help!! WHOOP! That would be huge in my world and I hope they can get lots done! Also interested to hear how you like your IP eggs. I might make some for the week too. And always, always feel free to work in the thread where you get the most done. I am similar and need to have others to work with. @sidestep - great job on your shower and shower cleaning! I should add both of those to my list today too. Strange thing y'all might find cute: I have a FAT cat, one who is apparently pre-diabetic and the vet is concerned about. Normally she is VERY lethargic, and I can't tell you the last time I saw her play or anything. She has been on her new diet for 10 days or so now - and I just saw here and the other cat doing zoomies around the house! TWICE! Ex and DD are coming to join DS and I for dinner tonight. He's buying takeout from a steakhouse, so no cooking for me! I just have to provide the space. Ex's apartment is relatively small and we all struggle to fit into his LR, so we usually meet here. I usually don't mind though, gets me to clean up the main living spaces. TaDa: Got vertical Drinking caffeine Came here and posted to start myself out right ToDo: Take meds (steroids for my foot. yay! not.) More caffeine Feed the cats

Hello Ms. skatters! I was doing a recon. outside to see just how huge the outside tasks are. The rain & growth have caught up, so I have many areas to work on. I prefer to do my quiet YardWork early in the a.m. before the heat & humidity become relentless. It actually feels better out there atm, but it's late & I just showered. Tomorrow's options: - Trim Jasmine - Cut Invasive Brazilian Pepper - Pull DriveWay Weeds - Mow-- Makes For A Complaining Back L.E.: mouseanne, on bathroom cleaning, etc. skatters, Good Luck getting that sticky mess cleaned up!

@sidestep - great job on laundry and sticks and litter! mouseanne - lots of dusting going on at your place!!! And it's not my fault none of you have experienced The Great Grape Jelly Meatball Explosion of 2020(TM) at 2am on Friday. Y'all are just boring! Alrighty, I've gotten totally side tracked. There was some on again/off again about dinner - but now it's officially ON. Decided I needed a different mop for TGGJME2020(TM), so ran to store real quick. (Have I told y'all how sticky grape jelly and BBQ sauce are? HAVE I?!?!) skatters, good luck with those dishes! Are you gaining on the spilled sticky mess remnants? What's swimming in your fish tank? On top of spaghettiii, all covered with cheeeese, I lost my poor meatballl when somebody sneezed. It rolled off the taaable, & onto the flooor, & then my poor meeeatballl, rolled out of the door! I was looking at recipes for more ideas for that hamburger. The McCormick site gave me some good ideas, but I have some time yet. mouseanne, did the movers show? I hope it went well.

Well the gall darned Jolly Green Giant sneezed on my meatballs. Grrr. But yes, sidestep - I am gaining on the sticky mess. It's been 90% of the way cleaned up since 4am Friday morning. But everything, especially the floor, just has a slight sticky feel to it. I got a better mop - one that gets "wetter" than my swiffer mop type that uses washable pads. Of which I have only two, so I was trying to finagle it with paper towels. Since 1pm, I've mopped it four more times. So we'll see how it is after it dries completely and how it feels on my bare feet. 10 gallon fish tank has 3 snails (two tiny ones) and 1 freshwater shrimp. That will not die. I mean, I keep feeding him, changing water, taking care of him. I was told he's a tank cleaner for the now-dead betta fish. He's kind of creepy. I don't think I want to keep maintaining the tank, but what do you do with a shrimp and 3 snails? I can't just intentionally kill them off. So... they keep hanging out in a 10 gal tank. I suppose I could put them up on the freecycle site and see if anyone wants them. Or the whole tank system - but have to take the shrimp and snails. I'll think about it. My dinner guests will be here in 20 min or so, so my last post for a while. More caffeine Feed the cats Opened blinds and a window Put on apple smelly thing Get dressed and brushed Run very quick errand Put on compression sock and shoes Meds Load dishwasher Watered fish tank and flowers Put clothes away Put mail away 10 min in kitchen Mopped kitchen floor Cleared off couch ... lots more since I have guests coming soon ... brushed teeth swish and swipe of sink hairbands put away ToDo: Get rid of pinesol stuff that bother's my nose Quick round-a-bout pick up Until tomorrow my loves!

Mercy me. Whoosh. sidestep, naw, Not at your house, I was gossiping with you about skatters meatball explosion Not that don't care about your back, I do. Hang in there. TaDa I got my bedroom clean. I didn't strip the bed, but I made it. Next to kitchen, dirtiest room. It gathers floor dust like no room I've ever seen. Bedding shedding? Dunno. Swept kitchen, spot cleaned the floor. I got the worst off. While I was advance cleaning, I'd put a bid on a dark red leather chair at an estate sale, she called, won the bid. I asked about the backup chair yellow kinda brocade, there were 2. Hadn't sold, half price had started so got both and a huge ottoman. So had to ask the youngins if they'd haul furn. Their folks were using the pickup, and the older boy said he thought they'd need help, so I rounded up another man and truck. Yellow and dark red sounds odd, but the sofa is yellow and beige flowers, celery green leaves on dark red, and it ALL ties perfectly. Boys arrived 2:00. I'd already worked my hiney off. Carried to basement rolling seated walker, shower chair They emptied an upstaurs room of boxes, furniture. They carried up boxes, folding tables, sewing machine, in process project, and sweetly told me they loved the quilt. We emptied the living room. All little stuff out, 4 boxes batting up, quilt machine up (in a box), we moved the ent center, side table, little desk, side table, hidabed. Made arrangement to accommodate new furn. 3:30, we called the pickup guy, met him there. I have a real living room. They left at 430. I was too tired to tell them any more, but later, I was like, well, this, this, this... After they left TaDa Shook rags, another bag to trash bin, and an empty box Put and lined 2 trash cans Watered porch flowers Tweaked the liv room, put a table between the 2 chairs Took Armload up, turned a.c. warmer, shut off lights (2nd floor, 1st floor have separate a.c. systems.) Put random boxes back in liv room to unpack Successfully re-set up the internet modem. Showered That's it for me tonight. Wish the bed was clean o well.
