hello OnTheMend I'm another returnee who found this forum and wonderful members so helpful and supportive in the past. I'm also getting ready to move soon, although thankfully just across the city and not across the country  It will be a challenge, but we can do this. Like you, I'm downsizing and definitely will not be taking "everything" with me. Culling as you pack sounds like an excellent plan. keepitreal Moving is moving, the distance isn't adding that much. One of my thoughest move was about 300 moters - all the same work for little change of scenery! Ha ha! Good luck to you too, let's cheer eachother on! And welcome back!
