A comment on habits. ETE PUPA tiny tidy, what ever you call them.
I do have some. Some that I do regularly:
If I drop trash, I pick it up, into trash can.
If I've recently swept or vac'd a floor and there's a tiny bit of something laying there, a blade of grass or something, I pick it up.
Before my shower, I put the laid to dry towels in the hamper.
When I've dressed after my shower, I hang up my towel.
Before I go to bed, I hang up that day's re-wearables.
Usually the next morning, they move from bedroom into the closet in the next room. (Current bedroom is a very large utility room, but no closet. My clothes are in the library closet.)
Generally, I process that day's mail. Put bills in my work bag, junk to recycle, either shred name/address, or into a shred pile.
Daily, I pick up my jewelry and belt, where ever I've peeled them off, put them away.
My 10 Day challenges are helping me develop new, automatic ones.
I'd like to automatically unload the DW, and automatically put dirty into it. Right now, I'm generally "reserving it clean" so I can use it to air dry some hand washed. That puts a monkey wrench into auto dirty into it, and they sit around.
I'd like to have days of the week I do certain tasks, to lighten the weekend load. That won't happen until more areas are in maintenance.
Man, recovery is long and hard. sigh. O, well! PROGRESS IS BEING MADE.

mouseanne - you have many good base habits. Can you build off of them? I appreciate your 10 day challenge, but I am going to jump back over to Tiny to keep track of my next one... the two threads during the work week are too hard for me to follow along with! But I AM going to continue on to the next 10 day challenge!! Thank you for posting yours!!

Hi, mouseanne. I am missing you and hoping that you're just taking a break or recovering quickly from a minor ailment. Looking forward to seeing you again!

sidestep & goldenthreads, I'm fine. Thank your for being concerned and checking in on me. I had a mad dash run/mini vacation. Left town Fri 4th, 1,428 miles later, pulled in front of my home at 11:00 pm 7th. An antique was posted on a blog as "going to be for sale". I emailed, what that future price might be, and because of my explanation of myself & house, it was gifted me. I just had to run get it. Rented a car, and Zoom! I was off. The bonus was, one route took me through the hometown of a beloved friend, I spent Sat with her, then she & her hubby decided she would ride the rest of the way with me, so I also had Sun, and hung around most of Monday with her. It was a very full weekend, lots of drive time, but so much fun.

Sort kidney beans ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ that list ¿¿Do you sort them to get rid of grit, the cracked ones, make a more pleasing color arrangement?? Confused. You've just had a lovely vacation; resistance to "normal" is normal, I'd think.

Kidney beans, bag of dry, sort cracked, blemishes, wrinkled, and yes, stones out.
Resist normal life? Hmmm. Possible.

Kidney beans, bag of dry, sort cracked, blemishes, wrinkled, and yes, stones out.Resist normal life? Hmmm. Possible. I've always just put the beans in a pot of water, swished it around, and waited a minute. The bad stuff floats to the top. Then I put them in a strainer/colander and run water to get the grit off. Or maybe reverse that order. I dunno. It's been a long time.I guess I did say resisting normal life without realizing it. I'm still working on not resisting but accepting reality!
