Ok - did a little of the Zoom set up and then gave up kind of quickly! Brushed mouth guard and teeth and then gently challenged to refocus on the Zoom and make a list of my questions so that I'm ready when I call someone for help - rather than try to keep the questions in my head and ask on the fly.
Also, realized that I can set up the info and then cancel this one and do a new one if items aren't correct, so experimented a little.
NEXT - check kitty pan! And bring hanging dry fleece jacket into bedroom, fold and put in drawer

Hi mylittlescholar!! Thanks for the squish explanation! Great job doing morning online routine and I hope you have an enjoyable day. DONE: 10 more minutes exploring the Zoom webinar details - edited some stuff, did a test invite to my personal account. Will call in to my work's technology dept with my questions at 8:30, if I have time before 9:00a meeting... NEXT: Find link to running notes/agenda doc for 9:00a meeting Any more hanging dry clothes to put away? If so, deal with one item

Anxiety is rising as start of workday inches closer... DONE: Found link to running notes/agenda for weekly Thursday 9:00a meeting Added link to Favorites Bar at top of browser for easy access from now on (this a huge deal for me to do!!) Reviewed some of the notes Started agenda for today and added one of our action items and some info that will help support us in deciding how to do it This is all a huge deal because I thought I would go into today's meeting cold, when I really should be somewhat prepared and ready to engage. I know this is not related to housekeeping, but for me it's the same learning process of strengthening my ability to tackle all tasks and projects in the face of major resistance, anxiety and fear. Just Doing It at work and dealing with that reality rather than avoiding helps me to have a better chance of Just Doing It at home and vice versa. ALSO - found, folded and put away two more hanging dry laundry items! NEXT: 5 more minutes meeting agenda/notes review I see another piece of dry hanging laundry that can be folded and put away

OK - devoted another 5 minutes or so to the meeting prep Folded and put away last 6 items of hanging dry laundry - I believe any hanging laundry that's left is from yesterday and still drying - yay!
NEXT: Go downstairs and quickly grab some blueberries and walnuts/almonds, and slice part of a kiwi for breakfast before the meeting. Fill up water glass Then - change clothes for meeting Set up work table and computers for meeting Do my best to stay present and engage in meeting!

Ok - dressed, at my work table and am signed in early for the meeting (so nerdy!) Just finished eating blueberries, kiwi, almonds and walnuts (this is a big deal cause I really wanted to eat the remaining potato chips and dips that I had for dinner last night ) Have glass of water all ready for meeting (I keep forgetting and then need to get up during meetings) NEXT: after meeting, I need to immediately get in touch with technology people so that I can review my Zoom questions and set up a registration for a Zoom event ASAP!! I need to be able to start circulating the link today, tomorrow morning at the very latest. Giving myself some gold stars for staying focused and moving stuff along this week even while feeling super overwhelming and wanting to hide under the bed.

You're strengthening that ability, and that is applicable to all aspects of life. We're whole people, not easily divisible parts.

Hi OnTheMend - hope you got the 2 items ironed and put the stuff away - that's usually the hardest part - putting stuff away when finished with it! Ok - the 9:00a meeting was excruciating, but I made it through. OMG - I hate that weekly meeting. I then took some time to stay on with a colleague to review a few items and catch up. I then pretty much forced myself to get in touch with my company's tech people to get my Zoom webinar questions answered. That was painful, but I think we covered most of the items. NEXT: Set up my computer again and sign on to a workshop at noon. Take a short break Be ready to work on finalizing the Zoom set up so that I can send out the link this afternoon. Woops - forgot to post this earlier... Workshop is finished and I feel exhausted. Going to take a break and then 5 minutes zoom finalization
