Welcome to November! The guidelines for WIT are simple:- Do some little thing to make your house less squalorous. ☝️ - Do one more little thing. - Do another little thing. - Once you have 3 things done, post them here! - Post the next 3 things you plan on doing. - Go forth and conquer, return and post again. - You aren't required to do the 3 things you had planned on -- just get any 3 things done and then post proudly. Remember - if you are tired or sick or injured or depressed or overwhelmed, or just need to break your tasks down into something manageable, you are in the right place! If the next 15 minutes consists of: - Looked at hopeless living room and felt like crying 😢 - Decided you could take empty pop can to kitchen - Put away book 📚 - Picked up fast food wrappers on coffee table and put them in trash . . . YOU HAVE ACHIEVED THREE-DOM !!! You could post: Ta-Da's - Took pop can to kitchen - Put away phone book - Threw away McDonald's wrappers Then your To-Do's: - Bring plates and glasses to kitchen - Put dirty socks in hamper - Bring folded towels to linen closet and put away. Whether you do those 3 to-do's, or something completely different, once you've gotten 3, come back and post. Remember to take breaks and drink water. Drinking water counts as a Ta-da! If you can notice what the person before you did, it might cheer them up to hear from you. Go forth, have fun, and be generous to yourself with the Ta-das. YOU DESERVE THEM!

Hi, oust ! That's great you got all the dishes washed. Washed dishes. Added to grocery list. Put items on launch pad.  Work on boxes. Enter scribbled-down weekend eating (from when I was away from home) in food diary. Order prescription refill. Get dressed. Do stretches. Tonight: Go for a walk. Put tires in car for tomorrow. oust It's easy to forget the date/day when you don't have an office job with regular hours; I lose track all the time. This time I didn't forget it was November; I just forgot that 2 + 2 = 4 and it might be useful to do November things! Your food sounds good. I am feeling way too comfortable sitting around. Time for me to go do errands.

Hi friends. Good to be back. I’ve been busy with starting back to work, visiting my mom, and dealing with misbehaving Prius. I’m working the next couple of days. I hope I don’t get too stressed out. Today I am chilling for the most part. Researched and worked with Prius work arounds and key fob issues. Oh boy. I wish I had a spouse sometimes. Mostly not though.  Did a bit of mandatory education on line for work and deleted some emails Made a meal Todo: Climb into attic to check moisture Email roofers Take dog out Order door?

TA DA Took dirty dishes into kitchen Decided to set a timer for 5 minutes and challenged myself to emptying the entire DW - took exactly 5 minutes! Tidied kitchen for a few minutes Checked dryer and turned back on to finish
TO DO 5 minutes - create electronic work folder and download one doc 5 minutes tidying downstairs Fold laundry once dryer is finished - small load

Put away groceries. Brought back other bin from collection. Put tires in back yard.  Work on boxes. Enter scribbled-down weekend eating (from when I was away from home) in food diary. Order prescription refill. Do stretches. Put cards back in wallet. Go for a walk. Put tires in car for tomorrow. Take a shower so I don't have to crowd it in tomorrow.

Good evening, guys and dolls! Thanks for starting the month for us, goldenthreads Gosh, you've all been busy! TA-DAH 1. Washed dishes 2. Put away the plastic pumpkin string aka my Halloween décor  3. Took a small bag of trash to the outside bin 4. Put dark clothes in washer 5. Put away canned food and toiletries that I had sorted last week 6. Ran a dustrag along the baseboards in the hallway TO DO 1. Shower/ready for bed 2. Put today's clothes in the washer and start 3. Do some of the paperwork due tomorrow
