So, I am still moving slowly but getting stuff done  Clean clothes away Towels hung and next load in Kitchening Cleaned up cat's feeding area Made lunch for G and myself Coffee and a long break  Hang washing and next load in Start dishwasher Think about dinner- it's only 3.30pm but I think I am going to need a big run up to it |

razyIs this bad behavior? Is she causing trouble for the others? Please explain to the nonagricultural among us! I was just reminded that I'm included in my daughter's plans for tomorrow. I knew she was planning on hiking, but forgot that I might be included. I assumed at the time she mentioned this that I might be an afterthought. She's found a nice, easy one that I can handle! Oops.  Put away dishes. Made packing list for the morning.
Got ready for bed. weekend Enter scribbled-down weekend eating (from when I was away from home) in food diary.
Make oil change appointment.
Wash other drip pans.

There is a theory that doing something to bring down a clucky hens body temperature will bring her back to normal or doing something to shock her a little by changing her routine can work too. She is not really causing problems but she doesn't eat or drink or get out of the nest box and she stops laying. Also the other hens don't like it an pick on her. All washing in and away Dishwasher Emptied Dinner cooked and eaten Bed remade Cats fed again Have a relaxing evening |

Good morning goldenthreadsWhat razy is referring to as a clucky hen is also called a broody hen. Most commercially available hens have had this bred out of them. It is a stage they go through when their hormones shift, and they are attempting to hatch eggs, even if the eggs that they want to sit on are not fertile. In the past I have purchase fertile eggs to put under a broody hen, or purchased day-old chicks for them to raise. I usually just let them be, but some people try to break them of the broodiness. ta-da's: Spent some time in a CLA meeting "mediation into action" Loaded up and started the dishwasher Ate a very unusual breakfast (used up a few things from the fridge that needed to be used up) to-do: I started working on a spot for the new raised bed that I am installing... I still need to continue to prepare the area. There are daylily roots that need to be dug out and the area needs to be leveled. Declutter the laundry room... at least 10 items out Declutter the kitchen countertops |

Good afternoon, guys and dolls! I had a similar weird breakfast Ally Leftover takeout. IT fits into one of my three "house goals" this coming week: shut off the refrigerator and start using a mini fridge. TA-DAH 1. Showered and dressed 2. Flannel sheets in washer 3. Dust-mopped the hallway and the main bathroom 1. Put poetry books in guestroom 2. Hunt down the miscellaneous magazines, newspapers, recipes, etc. in the main room 3. Sorted out a dark load to wash next TO DO 1. Put sheets in dryer 2. Start load of darks 3. Round 2 of paper hunt |

Well, I guess maybe it is not a weird breakfast, because with me being #3 to eat leftovers for breakfast... we now have now made a trifecta.

That is very interesting, phoenixcat! I will keep that in mind for the future! This car pre-dates the pandemic by quite a few years!  . Time to get a later model, but I’ll steer clear of 2020 and beyond. Thanks for the good wishes, missjean and yrwelcome! I’m so impressed you are moving to a new state, yrwelcome! So exciting! I’ve been working without falling apart this week! I have a lot to catch up on, including getting a different car(?). I exercised yesterday and Tuesday but I need to step it up. Got to my med management appt and picked those up before they ran out. Keeping my head above water but there is lots to do. cando Yay, trifecta!  grasshopper good on you for your week of work. TA-DAH 1. Put sheets in dryer 2. Started load of darks 3. Round 2 of paper hunt 4. Stopped the dryer to clean the filter (flannel chokes it fast) 5. Lots of shredding 6. Moved shoes from mat to the bedroom closet TO DO 1. Round 3 of paper hunt 2. Put fresh bags in bathroom trash bins 3. Take a container of soup from freezer

TA-DAH 1. Round 3 of paper hunt 2. Put fresh bags in bathroom trash bins 3. Took THREE containers of soup from freezer - that were all I had left and will do for the work lunches 1. Wet laundry hung/put in dryer 2. Figured out which sheets of address stickers - the ones that arrived in today's mail  3. Set up the air purifier in the utility closet and am running it full blast TO DO 1. Re-make bed with dry sheets 2. Wash coffee pot, etc. 3. Put away dry clothes that are currently on guest bed |
