BetsyMarie, I'm glad that your kitties liked the bed. I made a cat bed once and the cats refused to use it. ta-da's: Started a load of laundry Logged into my bank accounts and moved some money around. (I owe some money to my daughter for a trip we will take in May.) Discussed with coworker about a job sharing proposal. She wants to be guaranteed more hours, and I'm wanting to cut back. Originally, I had planned to wait until December, but I realized that I can still get health insurance through my employer if I work just 2 ten hour shifts per week. (I've been working 30 hours per week for the past 3 years.) to-do: Continue with laundry Phone into meeting, read BIT, and check assignment from Uncluttered course. Talk with DH about taxes. (I usually have to ask him several times before he gives me his information (we have separate accounts but file taxes jointly.) Declutter Car

BetsyMarie , I'm glad that your kitties liked the bed. I made a cat bed once and the cats refused to use it. The base for the new bed had been a highly favored cat spot years ago for a fluffy kitty, long-gone, so I knew there was something appealing about it. Heck, if it were larger, I'd nap in it too. Once, for an outside cat, I made a warm, rain-proof shelter in an old insulated ice chest. Lined and put a soft layer in it. Kitty declined to use it. Ya never know.  In a clutter-blind corner of the living room: -dealt with 4 small boxes (dishpan size), plus -picked up floor in that area -swept floor and surrounding rug Lookin' good  todo: -laundry -laundry 2 -food prep

Called into meditation meeting. Worked on chapter 6 from BIT
Got the mail... didn't even bring it inside. (It is going to be composted.)
Moved clothing to the dryer, then after 20 minutes, hung some of it up, while still damp.
to-do:
Put the rest of the laundry away when it is done drying.
Work on decluttering assignments. I might start the dice game for this.
DH found a package that had been delivered >3 weeks ago... It was some clothing that I had ordered back around Christmas time. The order had been shipped in a few separate packages, and honestly, I thought I had ordered more, but thought that maybe I had changed my mind? Things were very busy for me back then. The delivery person had left it on top of the generator... so it's been out in the weather all that time. I am going to try on the clothing, keep what I love, and return the rest. (I already had plans to return a pair of pants that are too tight, so I'll just combine whatever else I don't love in the same package with them.)

 Started dishes soaking. Cleared a space on my desk to work on the census. Made bed and had meds.  Shower and get dressed.Finish filling out census form.Do stretches. ?Run errands? (bank, library, post office, grocery)

I've been playing the Dice Game. My goal is to go into an area and declutter for 5-10 minutes. Sometimes I get distracted.

Some of the back-load of laundry needing to be sorted/put away (oops. I double counted this.)
Decluttered some of the stuff in the dining area.
Decluttered some of the stuff from my sewing area. (Found an newspaper clipping from 2005 about KKK activity near where I live. I remember at the time finding it very shocking.)
to-do:
Continue with a few rounds of the dice game
Food prep for dinner tonight and pack a meal for tomorrow's lunch
Later: take a shower, Brush and Floss teeth

I've been on a roll here... not always going in the planned direction, but...

Did some decluttering/tidying up in the dining area
Did some decluttering/tidying up in the downstairs bathroom. Scrubbed the toilet, the floor around the toilet, and replaced the toilet seat while I was at it.
Watered the houseplants.
Made an appointment to take the cat to the vet next week.
to-do:
Fix dinner pack up a meal for work tomorrow
Shower
Brush and floss teeth
Attempt to clip cat's claws. She used to let me do this. Now she tries to bite me when I grab her paws... so I don't get very far.

How strange to find that outdoor package Ally. Hope you got your necessary errands done Goldenthread,I got out of the house but only did one errand and went out for lunch.

Started laundry

Got dressed(not a daily occurance)
Picked up mail from box & brought in garbage can
Put a box and 4 plates in car(they rattle, I will have to finish that and drop off-cant listen to that for long.
Put gas in car. Last time I logged fuel was in September. I simply do not go anywhere. 10.3gallons at 3.21.
I had lunch at the Chinese buffet. Was surprised it was so busy on a weekday. Tasty soup and ok fish.
to do tomorrow now
clean floor in upper hall
More plates out to car
Move dead tv down to entry-maybe.

That used to bother me, but as long as it's not a deep dive into minutia, I figure it all needs doing. done: -laundry 1 and 2 -re-attached rack to back of bathroom door. From here on, only light things go on that. -paid bill -scooped 2 litters todo: Tomorrow is another day.

hi all! I had a nice nap so I am going to risk throwing off my sleep schedule. Lady D and 2 are coming over for the weekend (at least) and the house is at the extreme end of disarray. Anything I can get done tonight will help tomorrow.
I should do the attic stuff while the cat is out.
TO DO: put packaging materials in the appropriate bin in the attic reorganize the space to make room for more stuff

DONE: reorganized doll storage in my closet
finished unpackaging some doll accessories brought empty boxes up and put in their bins brought packing material up and put in their bins brought wrapping bag up brought misc box up brought small empty bins up
reorganized a bit brought five winter coats up found five hangers and hung them on the rack
that's a good start might do some low hanging fruit before bed
