1. Do service work at the library 2. Do my numbers 3. Wash dishes 4. Go through my mail 5. Go through my e-mail 6. Take old food in the trash 7. Take out trash 8. Exercise 9. Get my perscriptions

4:41 am - Baby girl cat finds lizard or bug or something just outside the window next to my head irresistible. Picks at screen over and over and over and gets yelled at more times than I care to admit until I am wide awake and angry much too early in the morning. I was sleeping so well. Sigh.

Amnesty from reading the weekend thread and permission to post my weekend updates here.
Friday after work I had a nail appointment (my one treat I allow myself. I dont drink I dont smoke I dont do drugs, I do my nails abut 1x monthly). After my appointment I met some friends and we went out to dinner. It was "Dinner and a show" though I was going to the show on Saturday - they went right after dinner. We decided to get together periodically - just for dinner. It will be a nice break. I hope they find a less expensive place!
On my way home from dinner I stopped at the grocery store and grabbed some sausage and english muffins and bacon. A storm was predicted for over night and I wanted to treat my family to a nice breakfast. Well I woke up at 330-4 am to discover we had no power! So no nice breakfast for us. I ended up heading over to my BFF's house where I charged my phone and chatted for a bit. I then went out and helped them shovel their massive driveway! It was the heavy snow, great for making a snowman but not for shoveling.
I was able to get home and shower and that same friend came to pick me up and we went to the HS musical. It was great. And by the time I got home, the power was back on.
I managed to power through several loads of laundry and made soup for dinner. Leftovers for lunches this week.
Sunday I continued on laundry, dropped off some clothes I washed for my mom, ordered her prescriptions and did a few other things. Kept up on the dishes, went to be with an empty sink.
I did go to their house and packed up a box of books to be donated to the libray on wednesday. I also packed a few more items to be donated. I need to get some items out of my car as I am taking them to a dr's appointment on friday.
THis week I need to return some disposable underwear that my mom decided she did not want. We figured out the brand the ALF uses and I will start purchasing that brand.
I only have two meetings this week, so I will help my mom shower on tuesday night.
While at my parents I found some desk supply type things and I started a notebook for our two family house. I am keeping running notes on things we do. I will stash the lease in there as well as all other tax related items and bills.
OK - that's my weekend - time to get to work

Oh, I can't imagine how cool it would be to go outside and see a lizard!  Still would not make living in a warm climate worth it, though! 
Ohblondie, your energy continues to amaze me. Besides all the work stuff and parent and family care you do, to go out to shows and dinner! I'm glad you got a chance to visit your friends.
I was up nice and early today because they picked up the dog to go spend the day at the vet. Or at least, the morning--since she's in nervous mode now I'm guessing she'll whine when left in a cage and maybe they'll want her back home as soon as she's done with her care.
I'm going to eat breakfast now.

womble, baby girl wanted to snuggle and be cute. I was so mad I wouldn't. Very rare for me. So yes, she curled up and was sound asleep within 5 minutes.
I couldn't fall back to sleep until 6:30 and then slept through my PT alarm until 9:10. I called and explained. They laughed and cancelled PT for today.
I really need to figure out medical issues where offices are not calling me back. Maybe today is the day I show up in person. I am so discombobulated from this morning though that I don't know.
I think coffee is in order than go from there.

My eye doctor called. I was reminded I have an appointment for thursday afternoon. So I am taking tuesday afternoon off to help my parents at a dental appointment (I have to transfer my dad in and out of the chair), thursday afternoon for my eye appointment, all day friday to take them to a dr appointment. It is for a shot but it is midday so it wipes out my entire day.
tonight:
*Pick up two prescriptions for my mom and drop off
*take wrapping paper out of car and put in wrapping paper box
*take shark steamer out of the car
*630 meeting
*Bonus points for anything else taken out of the car (newspapers to recycle, etc)

You know animals, don't you womble? When my dog wakes me up to go out in the middle of the night she jumps back on the bed and is asleep (and snoring) in one minute. I am awake for the next 2-3 hours.
